We are proud to announce the extraordinary comedy lineup for this year! Since 2004 we have featured a dynamic and eclectic list of national headlining comics in its ever-popular seated, air-conditioned comedy venue.
Conan O'Brien will be performing in the Comedy Theatre in addition to MCing on the What Stage on Friday and Saturday!
The 2010 Comedy lineup includes:

This is huge news. Good work Bonnaroo.
I definitely could see him getting something similar to the Chris Rock slot. But everyone needs to realize that the show at Bonnaroo will probably be the same setup as all the other stage shows that he's doing. So I don't see him playing just for an hour before the headliner....he may need at least 2 hours unless they decide to cut some stuff.
Big big news for roo tho.
edit: I didn't see the post above me. I guess Conan will be doing a few different things then. That's really cool that he'll be MC'ing the What stage. Just wild.

Oh btw.....that comedy lineup is STACKED. Easily the best lineup i've seen in a few years.
Conan O’Brien - just amazing Margaret Cho - not really my thing but she's a big name Aziz Ansari - roo favorite who's hilarious. the best comedy set last year IMO Jeffrey Ross Roasts Bonnaroo - Jeff Ross is the king of Roasts this should be good Greg Giraldo - pretty good.....funny guy Bo Burnham - internet sensation who's going to be huge soon. he's working with Judd Apatow on a musical spoof of high school musical type films. look him up on youtube. Doug Benson - super high me.....great comedian Nick Kroll - another roo veteran. very funny Paul Scheer - him and huebel are partners with Aziz in the sketch group Human Giant. classic stuff Rob Huebel - see above John Roberts - don't know Baron Vaughn - don't know Chelsea Peretti - don't know
This is an awesome add!!! Zach Galifianakis was the only person I was ever willing to miss music for, besides the Chris Rock set, which was also awesome. Conan would be hilarious and according to the site should be performing some music (esp at the roo date i would think) which could mean guest spots from possibly Tenacious D and other more legit artists. I really hope this is on the What stage because this is a great move for Conan.
I checked out the ticket prices for his shows, they range from $39.99 to almost $100 (with fees and taxes). Just seeing him twice at Roo would definitely be, to me, worth the price of this year's $240 ticket.
