Just nothing special-very mediocre, especially after all the hype about his great light/glow stick show (he had NO lights, glow sticks, etc.). He was not engaging with the crowd AT ALL (didn't say "Hey bonnaroo" "goodnight" nothing...after being 3 hours late)...sounded okay but just not much energy. I had just walked over from Ghostland Observatory, which was arguably the best show of the weekend and the energy in that tent could have made the Heaves open up.

lol well forgive and forget guys?
If somebody slapped you in the face, would you forget? Unless he is sincere and understands the wrong perpetrated, then no Kanye.
They would definitely be headliner level, but they'd also be the kind of WTF reunion that wouldn't necessarily make people go bonkers like the other acts speculated on.

i think The Eagles are pretty likely...
i really dont think we'll have a newer band like The Killers or Muse on Saturday night... they need a big "classic" headliner draw i.e. Petty, Bruce, Stevie, etc. i doubt its Stones, Who or Macca. And I dont think its gonna be Neil solo because insider said that our speculation was way off.
we havent talked much about CSNY, and we havent talked much about The Eagles. i think it will be 1 of these 2.
Is Muse more popular than Arcade Fire? I doubt The Killers are.
IMO both are. maybe don't have the critical acclaim that AF has, but they have more fans.
So I would put serious consideration into both of these, until ruled ineligible. Nowhere does it say there has to be a legendary or old time headliner.
2012 Wishlist: Radiohead Phish Daft Punk Ghostland Observatory Broken Social Scene Roger Waters Bell X1 Bonobo Chemical Brothers Fiona Apple Built to Spill Modest Mouse
Muse just isn't that popular in the U.S, outside of hordes of teenage girls who obsess over them due to Twilight. They would be a late night act at Roo.

Blind Faith would be incredible. Or Clapton + Winwood. I could have sworn Clapton had a tour date during Roo but it may have just been last year. His last show scheduled is 6/1 in London.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.

you're crazy. muse don't play stadiums here, but they sell out arenas. and they're definitely bigger than arcade fire.

they've headlined coachella. they can headline bonnaroo. i'm not a huge fan, but they are a big band.

they headlined over ozzy and mmj at voodoo last year as well
Sounds wike somebody had his widdle feewings hurt by big bad Kanye.
Haha hell no. I was at Ghostland, but I felt for everybody who waited. It is called empathy.
I will forever be greatful for Kanye being late because if he hadnt then I never would have gotten bored and stumbled over to that Ghostland show which without a doubt was the funnest time I had at that festival.

And I'm just saying, simply because he said himself he's doing lots of festivals this summer and he has a new album coming out.. before you rule him out for a metaphoric "slap."
