15) Round Fifty-One allows for the selection of an act or artist who has never played live before. Artists or acts are deemed eligible for this round if they have released at least one studio album of seven or more different songs under their name and have only played one qualifying live show (or none) before. This round will have a different draft order determined by random.org. after the completion of Round Forty-Five.
Jay Electronica & JAY Z performing A Written Testimony was selected.
The dispute is that they are not an act but that it is instead a Jay Electronica album that Jay-Z features on.

8/10 tracks have Hov prominently featured on it, yeah its missing one bit of criteria but i didnt think people would care enough to challenge it. i guess i should have never underestimated how much tranter will pray on my downfall tho 🤧
