Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I was "down the hill" in the Alabama Soup Bowl last year. I was PISSED to begin with, since the first year I was basically at dead "center field" beyond the main stage fence.
But the boonies was fine. We had a small vending area, but plenty of porta-potties. Most important was the ice station about 100 yards from my tent...no lines to speak of for most of the weekend.
I'd stay there again. I like making camp and getting settled in; no way am I going to wait a few hours, or overnight, before moving to a choice spot and setting up. Make peace with wherever you are, meet the neighbors, and enjoy!
Hey, check my signature line below. Just call my cell phone in the early a.m. and I'll be around. I'll also leave a message for "Inforooster" on the electronic message board thingie they just announced with my campsite location.
Or just stumble around the 500 acres until you find the camp with the welcome mat, the pink flamingo, and the white picket fence. That'd be me.

I don't get way too worried about stuff -- but if I was definitely going to end up with a half hour walk each way to centeroo by going in early, I might spend a few hours waiting somewhere before I got to the gate.
I'll probably trust beginner's luck -- and see where I land. As long as I'm not NEXT to the portapotties or in the vicinity of the guy who snores like a bear in heat - I'll be fine.
I've never been but I'm guessing the campground may be as loud as centeroo...at times right??
oh you got that right Jen. Try listening to fireworks, music, very loud generators, etc all night. Tent walls are very thin. Of course, we ended up next to the tent full of teenagers last year. They were drunk and loud all night and then they slept all day. Tylenol PM was my best friend last year. It also helped to drown out my hubby who swears he doesnt snore. ;D
