Just got a ticket for comedy bang bang in NYC in November. Lots of seating available. Even on the floor/close but I opted for the front row of the loge in what I think is an aisle seat. Pumped for this.
Gotta see what other shows are part of NY comedy fest

Catching up on Flagrant Ones as I'm way behind and pay for it and I'm only up to the one where Sean's pregnant wife leaves to go to the store to get milk so Carl can have milk with the cinnamon buns that she already made for them and it's so hilarious. I know a small amount about basketball (haven't watched much for the last few years but used to get into it more a while ago) but the show is still so good with their chemistry and bits.

I'll always love Kristian Bruun and Tatiana Maslany being such big fans of Comedy Bang Bang and wanting to get in on the fun even though they aren't normal improvisers/comedians. This new episode with the great Paul F. Tompkins and Kirby Howell Baptiste is just so fun.
PFT was 100% right in the first segment when he said they have "sleepover energy". You could tell everyone was enjoying themselves.
cbb has been so good the last month or so, where i get excited looking at the guest list before even listening. here's all of the truck songs from this week. toot honk beep toot honk beep.

This Veep episode of Script Notes with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and David Mandel is a really great listen. I enjoyed hearing how they worked together and especially how they came to end the series where it ended.

I wish I could explain to people why I am randomly laughing at "Human skin truck baby, human skin truck baby, skin truck, skin truck, human skin truck babayyyyyyyayayayay" to myself. It's so ridiculous and insane. I'm so glad they expanded the musical character with pre-written songs to include Carl and not just Drew. I need them to come back in the future.
Also, one aspect I absolutely loved was when they'd start warming up for the songs and go "Oh yeah Harlan." and "Oh yeah...Brantley" but they wouldn't even acknowledge Scott asking twice to get his own "Oh yeah, Scott". So good.
Sidenote: I've been catching up on Flagrant ones and as someone who hasn't watched a game of basketball in a few years I still love all the interaction and conversation. Carl, Sean, and Hayes are just so entertaining together.

I listened to that episode during a nighttime walk around my neighborhood. I found myself standing still in someone's driveway, crying and laughing at the honk beep beep honk toot portion. So I'm right there with you haha.

I'm on the third season of Bajillion Dollar Properties which has so many earwolf-related stars and guest stars and it's so good. It's hit or miss depending on the improv and the scenes/characters at times but I am loving it so much. Everyone is solid but Tim Baltz steals the show for me. Happy to see Eugene Cordero join the cast here, too.
Also big news for Hollywood Handbook - they got Conan('s assistant Sona) as a guest. Only a few minutes in on that episode but it's great.
Sona is really having a glow up right now, deservedly so.
How are you watching Bajillion, ITM? I was just going to buy all the seasons on Amazon.
10goldbees - it's actually a pretty awesome and totally free (though ad-supported) app called Pluto TV. It's available on mobile devices and smart TVs but maybe not all? I have it as an app on my Roku TV and can stream it on my tablet, phone, or web browser.
It's really cool because it's basically like a "free cable" that has a lot of channels and on demand offerings. There's streaming live stuff that you can flip around on like regular cable and a bunch of on demand stuff. Sometimes the ads last longer than other times but for the free content I'm getting it's worth it (and I hate commercials).
But Pluto TV specifically bought the rights to the unaired 4th season that was made and completed before Seeso bit the dust so it was kind of a big deal when announced some months ago. In addition to the 4th season they have the first 3 as well in their ondemand section.
I'm a big fan of this platform/app. I've found myself just browsing around on the different channels for background watching (while doing other shit around the house). They have a Mystery Science Theater channel and a bunch of other unique/niche stuff that I'm not getting from regular cable anymore which is full of reality shows on most networks I used to like.
