The year where the one person faked being a pregnant woman and emailed a ton of booking groups to get confirmations kinda skewed the early confirmation game. I don't remember knowing much more last year.

haha! what?! That's completely absurd. Love the commitment and hustle though.

The disgusting pig who did that has been banned and no one should follow his lead. That being said, I remember him saying a lot more information starts to trickle after the new year as many more bands are booked by that point.
I was under the impression that headliners are the only ones booked this far in advance. And the rest of the lineup trickles through after New Years. There really isn't much to know around this time of year. It's mostly speculation.

I went to a Roo panel back in October at MTSU, Capp said at least 1/3 of bands were already booked.
I imagine their are levels of fluidity in Bonnaroo's bookin' practices. Sometimes it takes years like with Sir Paul in 2013. I'm sure there are various mid to upper level acts that AC/S has on a list. I was gonna go on more, like I had a great stream of consciousness...but I'm indulgin' in some delicious winter seasonal beer and watchin' South Park.

I would think it's a lot easier to book the undercard (less demands and what not) this far in advance. It would have been super interesting though, had they not been able to get Jack White, to see who they would have bumped up and the reaction of everyone would have been. AND with a lot of talk in the headliner thread supposedly ruling out some heavy hitters right off the bat it should be an interesting year this year as well.
"Reading comprehension is the ability to read text, process it and understand its meaning. An individual's ability to comprehend text is influenced by their traits and skills, one of which is the ability to make inferences. If word recognition is difficult, students use too much of their processing capacity to read individual words, which interferes with their ability to comprehend what is read. There are a number of approaches to improve reading comprehension, including improving one's vocabulary and reading strategies."
He said that he didn't get the Rolling Stones. Get it now?
I must have put phi's Rolling Stones post and this one together.
I remember this year InfinityPass said the third headliner hadn't been booked, and that was days before the lineup announcement.
I'm pretty sure he said they were going after a third headliner but also implied they were prepared to move the 4th name to #3. I think it's possible there was another headliner who they couldn't lock down

I don't know if we want to put these in here, but Glass Animals is almost certainly the answer to the first Roo Clue. Their Wikipedia page has your dates listed, and they include Bonnaroo too.
