Fellow Roo-ers! Can anyone help me!?
I am gifting my wristband to my friend because I can no longer afford to go to the festival this year. I already registered the wristband, though. I tried emailing Bonnaroo and they referred me to bonnaroo@intellifestival.com, but I keep receiving permanent delivery failure errors when I email them (tried 4 times from 2 different emails now).
Then I called the Music Today people and they said they don't handle registration of the wristbands and referred me to that email anyway.
I don't know who else to contact. Does anyone have a number for the IntelliFestival people or someone who can help me with my issue?

i'm doing the same thing. i've upgraded to VIP and selling my GA wristbands to a friend, but have already registered them. i emailed bonnaroo and got this response:
"Unfortunately, you are unable to un-register your wristbands. " (big help, right?)
i spoke w/ the music today folks and they said that as long as the wristband is registered and they get in, it'll be fine. this is obviously not something you'd want to sell to someone on craigslist, but if its just your friend you'll probably be just fine.

This is the first time in 4 years where I've been disappointed with something regarding the ticket process for Bonnaroo. Eek.

From what I recall, there's no wristband police that verify you are the owner of said wristband. As long as it scans upon entrance, that's all that really matters to them.

yep. i don't remember anybody asking for id… but i then again idk
The name on the registration only matters if the wristband has problems i.e. lost/stolen/not working. NO ONE at the gate cares if it is registered to Kanye West or your sister. The point of registering it is so you can show ID, they can deactivate a lost one and give you a new one. Your friend will get in JUST fine regardless who it is registered to. The only problem they will have is if they lose it. If you sell it on Craigslist or something someone will be way sketched out because they will not be able to register it etc. But, since you know your friend just tell them not to fuck up the wrist band ..

And, the other point is selling your email addy along with any other data they collect from you checking in places. Helps the purchasers of the info pinpoint target demographics.

i just finally got a response from bonnaroo regarding the intellifestival fiasco, and all it said was "We understand your frustration. We are currently working on all the issues regarding intelifestival, and will contact you shortly."

just got an email again saying "Bonnaroo intelifestival email address is confirmed to be working now". but since the bonnaroo website staff seems to be a bunch of n00bs, i decided to check the site for changes, and of course they didn't mention it in the email at all but they changed the address to bonnaroo@intellifest.com instead of intellifestival.
but this is strange because intellifest is some sort of strange data sorting company, whose website seems to have been created in microsoft word. not quite like a company that could handle all the RFID data….
