One of the Bonanroo founders talks about why they got Kanye back
"First and foremost, we think Kanye is one of the most prolific and groundbreaking artists of this generation,” Farman admits. “He’s hugely influential. His albums are as great and as acclaimed as they get. He’s also a great live performer. He takes a lot of chances and he’s adventurous with the live space. All those things are what Bonnaroo performers are about. That’s why we booked him [in 2008].

Honestly not a huge Kanye fan but I have heard he's great live and 2008 was six years ago the way I see it he's not the first performer to be at the roo to come on late, that happens all the time maybe not as late as he was but regardless the show went on...I'm going with the roo theme and gunna "radiate positivity" about this subject and hope he doesn't come on hours and hours late to his set this year!
