Everyone experiences music differently. To say that something is subjectively wrong with live music is to also say that you are more than just your credentials or experience. It says that you are above whatever it is that you see as being the standard. Breaking everything down critically to the point where you are above every matter looking down on it only isolates you and makes you look foolish.
So what should we expect from the setlist? I'm really curious as to what they're going to put together...
I'm expecting a lot of their individual songs. Like, I don't see Earl Sweatshirt covering Casey Jones or anything like that. But it could be cool if they alternate between live band and DJ.
A rotation certainly makes sense. Between Lettuce, RZA, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Hugo, there are a lot of possibilities with production. There's no way they have all 4 of them on stage at the same time. Solange would pair nicely with Lettuce. Earl would do quite well with RZA (unless they intend on having him rap more). So many different ways this could go. I'm upset I have to miss the beginning for Wu Tang now. I may wind up leaving 15 minutes early or so.
I imagine this could be something they were trying to put together for a while but needed to work it out with all those involved. It seems like it's totally possible that this could have fallen apart (like other Superjam attempts in the past) and then they would have left the tent empty.

I think bonnaroo would explode if this happened and will smith came and started rapping. Who knows though i hear that he doesn't want to make blockbuster films anymore since After Earth tanked. so maybe he is all like "Let's get back in the rap game, call up the Capp Dogg" Now my mind is going crazy with the idea.
