It's 4pm. I am going to go ahead and call this day over. How did everyone's team do? Here's what UT is currently ranking on the major sites (or the ones I can think of anyway)
Overall: It's not great, but it's not bad. I think Coach Jones did a respectable job for being in his first year and trying to recruit to a team which hasn't won a bowl in years and is not the easiest location to recruit to.
Biggest yay: Signing Joshua Dobbs. It came out of nowhere and is a 4 star according to 3 out of the four ratings sites above. The only headscratcher in this is that I think this puts UT at 6 scholarship QBs. Maybe somebody is thinking of transferring or Jones doesn't like them.
Biggest grr: The easy answer is losing out on Von Bell to Ohio St, but part of me wants to go with apparently losing Joe Sanders to Washington. We signed exactly zero OL guys last year, so we could use a little underclassman depth. We did sign some other guys though, so it might be alright in the end.
Wild card signing: Woody Quinn. He is unranked on two sites and a two star on the other two. He is a TE who has one year of JUCO ball after not playing since his freshman year of high school. He apparently decided to play volleyball for a while. I am hoping he can take his athleticism and vertical and turn himself into a nice target in the red zone. Also, we are hurting at TE, so we could have used anything.

Big gets were Bell!!!!!Wilson, Johnson and Clark Losses: Lowest ranking receiver in class and a punter Outlook: Thrilled. Bucks never closed well in recruiting under Tressel. You knew the class a month in advance, we hammered 3 big ones in the last two days.

Sorry, Bama is now #1 on rivals, 247, & espn. Only Scout does not have them #1, despite us having six 5* and 14 players in top 100. We also have a chance of Vanderdoes though I think he goes to Notre Dame.
Pretty solid class. Got a lot of help on defense, including 8 db's, which is where the greatest need was. Missed on a couple of beast DL in Nkemdiche and Adams, which would have put us over the top, but we got sufficient help on the DL and some beast LB. Got 2 RB and a beast on the OL. They relaly recruited to need and did a great job. Our team is going to have really good depth now.
Biggest yay- Mackensie Alexander- 4 star CB, I think maybe 5 star by some? The lock down corner that we greatly need
Biggest grrr-Montravious Adams
Biggest wild card- Ben Boulware, beast LB that came from right in Clemson's backyard
Does that say "sin control" under MVP? I thought gun control at first, but there's no way that goes along with the rest of what's on there. It almost looks more like gin control.

Ah, makes sense. I wonder where his "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print or tattoo any marks upon you: I am the Lord.” tattoo is.
