They just posted on Facebook that the cut-off for the VIP upgrade contest is tonight at 9 EST...even though thousands of people haven't received their wristbands yet. Not being received very warmly in the "Comments" section...
I saw that too. They actually just posted saying that there will be more chances to win. Not that I think that will do much to temper the fire of those who do not have their wristbands.

I had to get my wristband reissued. They wanted me to pay for shipping again too. They were great on the phone. Unlike my post office who automatically was trying to point fingers at everyone else.
My roommate's wristband, according to the tracking number, has been most recently labeled as "Missent."
Do we need to contact Music Today for this? ^I see above they may be able to overnight another one and disable the missent one? Honestly, I don't even know what "missent" means, and I've never had that happen with a package before. I'm not sure if it has stopped at the post office or if it was actually delivered to a wrong address.

All of the wristbands were shipped over the weekend. If you do not receive your wristband this week, please email us at info@cleanvibes.com so we can check on the delivery.
If you have paid for FedEx delivery/pick up, we will be shipping those packages in a few days so they arrive at the location closer to the event start date.
Thanks and keep an out out for a USPS Priority mailer - and tell your housemates/family to watch out for it as well! Be sure to read all of the information in the envelope and don't lose your wristband!

to Clean Hello Post Show Volunteers!
We have gotten feedback that some of you are having issues registering your wristbands and that you are getting a "Ticket Not Found" message.
We didn't know how to fix this so we asked the kind folks over at AC Entertainment - they responded that any issues with registering tickets should be directed to Intellitix customer service info on the registration page that came with your wristband.
Sorry we do not have an exact answer, and we hate not being able to help you directly, but please contact customer service with wristband registration issues.

Also, I think it's extremely funny that those who paid for FEDEX shipping will be getting their tickets later than everybody else for their money (for Clean Vibes volunteers) and it looks like I got mine practically overnite,for free.
Just to ease some of pain you are all feeling. I have not gotten my confirm email yet however you can go to UPS and try to track your order using your order receipt# you received when you placed your order. Low and behold it worked for me and my tickets have been shipped! Hope this helps.some of you out.

FINALLY, got a clear delivery date, tmrw Wednesday 30 "by end of day"... It has been "Shipping label created" for the past 5 days, until it finally shipped today, out of Charlottesvile VA. First it said it was getting here today, and then it switched to Wednesday. I'm just glad they seem to be getting them out... Kind of a bummer for people who are coming from outside of the country, and have to go to will call, or are going to be somewhere other than next to their mailbox before they head to roo... kind of scary for those whom are trying to not explode from anticipation of Roo in the first place... but it wasn't entirely their fault, its not like they have unlimited manpower to do everything perfectly... Most of the staff is focused on planning and improving our Roo experience down on the farm... Were all gonna get in, and its gonna be %$ing AMAZING!!! : )

Nice it worked! I was getting worried, mine shipped today and are supposed to get here on thursday!

. Admit in the e-mail that you may have deleted it or had some e-mail problems (even if you haven't and are sure you just haven't received and e-mail).
I e-mailed them a while back when I couldn't find my confirmation e-mail. I think I deleted it. I wrote a few sentences and got a new confirmation e-mail sent to me within a day. I also had my bank account website open looking at the money that was taken out in case it was needed. It wasn't. Try that to ease your mind

UPS.com --> Track Shipment --> Track By Reference --> Type in your Bonnaroo/MusicToday Order# (this is printed on your reciept) --> Narrow down the dates or enter your ZIP Code --> BOOM! Tracking #!

wow. this is crazy absurd how they've been handling the tickets. i literally purchased my ticket 3-4 weeks ago and received it last SATURDAY. i did choose USPS and feel extremely lucky. they have definitely screwed up sending the tickets out this year.
ya i called music today they said i'd get an email tonight and would ship it to me by no later than Thursday i'm still calling tomorrow if i don't get my email by tomorrow i've relaxed on it a bit once i called them
