I use AOL for my primary email. The first women I spoke with said they have a lot of problems with AOL. She had me change my security level (lower it a tad) on AOL and i started getting emails no problem. She said it has to do with AOL's auto spam filter.
And the Buster Brown (UPS) just handed me our wristbands.. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
called friday said tickets would be sent tuesday called yesterday, tickets were sent no email last night called again today said they dont have records of our receipt number.......... red face! we have to call back today after 2! what the QUACK!!!!

Finally USPS sent my tickets to the right town this morning. Since I did payment plan, my tickets were actually sent on time last week after the last payment on 18th. My issue isn't with musictoday like most of ya'll. mine's the U.S. postal service that has missent my wristbands multiple times in the wrong direction.
I AM ANGRY! im not worried about getting into bonnaroo because i know worse case I have my cc report that says they took my money I just dont want to have to go to will call because I think its going to mad house there with all the problems I dont want to have to wait in line to wait in a long a$$ line Im going TO and planned to get in line to get into bonnaroo super early so I could get a good spot in TO and not worry about room Im just hoping that they will make this customer happy and just over night it!
Mine came in today too.....registered it, but too late for the VIP upgrade contest...oh well, guess that is just for the USPS cool kids....laugh. I never win those anyway, but still would have liked being in the game.
Wristband arrived today...30 min later my extra one was on the way to NY for dmworks! $15 for UPS to get it from Va to Pittsburgh in 5 days. $14 for FedEx to get it from Pittsburgh to NY in 17 hours. One week!
