boo, missed them for Roo last year. Definitely not driving to El Paso or Lubbuck, fuck. Pretty cool that they're going to Lubbock though. It's a small college town in the middle of no where and the venue isn't that big.

Shit. I was hoping Metallica would come back to Voodoo this year. With the way C3 has been booking, the Saturday night would be the hardest rock headliner but they'll be in Buffalo that day. Friday and Sunday are open, but Monday is in Albany, NY. I can't imagine them playing Sunday if that's the case, and I don't know how easy it would be to get them here for Friday with Buffalo the night after. The nearest show to Friday the 26th would be Charlotte, NC on the 22nd. So I think it isn't 100% off the table - just looking a little bleaker.

Man, Oh Sees went from having never played Cleveland (as far as I can tell) to playing the same venue 4 years in a row starting in 2015. It's a sell out every-time and always a great show; can't wait for show #4 this October!

I already bought my BSS tickets for the Orlando show, but tried to see if the 2-for-1 deal would work...nope. The promotion allotment must've been 20 tickets total or something.

it's a good bill, they're at leviation, kind of wish it was someone other than pink at the top though. JUUJJUU was a lot of fun if you've never seen them. DIIV also really good (i guess idk what his show's like post hiatus, but he was good when i saw him)

Only ones I haven't seen from this bill is Nick Hakim & JUUJJUU. And it's been a while since I've seen DIIV. Considering there are only a handful shows in SB, and most of them being bigger bands, I almost had a mini heart attack when I saw the announcement.
