My memories are a little fuzzy , but 13 stages seems like a significant increase from previous years, perhaps due to the purchase of the farm. Can anyone else come up with a stage count from last year? I can think of 5 main stages and at least 3 additional............Extra stages would suggest the possibility of a comedy stage, among other things (which would eliminate the horrible lines)........Thanks for your help
last year had what stage, which stage, this tent, that tent, the other tent, sonic stage, kat nap cafe, troo music lounge, preservation hall, and solar stage. they also had artists performing at the discotheque and the silent disco. so that makes 12. maybe you could count the vw garage or something.

Yeah, its not 13 full-blown stages. That many would ruin the festival unless they did some serious planning. With more stages comes a larger chance of conflicts schedule wise.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!

I don't remember them advertising 13 stages last year, I wouldn't be surprised if they added another significant stage or something. I don't think the vw garage would be considered a stage....or the silent disco, so I'd expect something pretty new!
well the silent disco was on the schedule. dj quickie mart, dj medi4, motion potion, and dj logic supplied the music from 5 pm til 5 am thurs, fri, and sat. i sitll dont know if that qualifies as a stage persay but i think it qualifies under what they might advertise as a stage. but then agian maybe not. maybe they will have more stages.
They are moving into making things more permenant since they bought the land. So knowing they dont have to completely dismantle every satge and every area each year may lead to more actual stages

So would that be another tent you think? I hope not, cause that just makes a greater chance of more bands overlapping each other! I had enough problems with that last year!
They had Another Tent in 2004 as well (which is why the Comedy stage is called Yet Another (comedy) Tent). Having Another Tent made for many more conflicts. Too many stages!
