While the Wendy's commercials do make me a little sick, I think it's funny how he waited until their tour was over to file suit. If it's that important to him now, It probably would've been last year...and 3 years ago...10 years ago.....etc...

Sounds very similar to Marilyn Manson's fight with keyboardist Stephen Bier. Of course I don't know if Gano bought Hitler paraphernalia with the money!

I guess this means no more Femmes tours for awhile. That's too bad. It sounds like the Wendy's thing is just an afterthought and the lawsuit is really about not giving him songwriting credit. I guess if he got royalties from said Wendy's commercial he wouldn't be suing.
