Yeah they were more serious about asking about glass than weapons. We forgot we had a jar of yummy pickles they took from us. I sure hope someone ate them and they didn't go to waste.

my friends car and ours out of our 5 car caravan were searched, a some herb was seized after I just gave it up cause the crazy DTF guy was hollering about how could "smell dope smoke".....after a long hassle and a lot of worrying they told us they were not going to ticket us for the offence and marked "DTF" in a very hard to remove marker on the windshield of our cars.....it was very lame.....thats not to say we didn't have plenty of smoke for the weekend....but the sight of the drug task force was a very unwelcome suprise....sad to say this will be my last roo.
Was this search you guys were talking about the one that the Bonnaroo safety did, or a seperate one?
Two guys just asked if we had any glass and if they could look in our coolers. I said no, but I forgot about our Frappucinos (oh no!). One guy just said "Are these okay?" and the other said "Yeah, they're fine. We'll let it slide." I had no idea what they were talking about at that point, but later realized it was pretty cool of them to let it slide.

Neither my RV nor my friends car got searched at all. They didn't even ask if we had any glass. Hell they didn't even look in the RV we could have sneaked all kinds of people in. I know we were just lucky though cuz I've gone the last three years and this was the most lax security.

Yeah my car was jam packed and nobody even looked in our car. Every checkpoint we went to all we were asked to do was show our wristbands and we were waved in. We could've brought every drug known to man and cases and cases of bottles but all we ended up bringing was one bottle of greygoose. But saying that I know we were lucky because last year we were pulled out of the car and the whole car was searched.
"We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, movie gods, and rock stars. But we wont, and we're slowly learning that fact & we're very, very pissed off......."
yeah I was in a 3 car caravan and none of us got searched or even asked about glass, in fact one of the guys asked if anyone wanted the coronas that they pulled out of someone elses car, they had a big pile of bottles just layin in the grass, he said as long as we drank them before we got in he could care less.
Our RV got searched. At first we were pulled over for questioning and when the "Do you have any illegal drugs?" question came up, my smart assed friend said, "No, just a few illegal Mexicans." Well, the guy that he said it to kinda looked Mexican. Major mistake. They took us out of the RV, patted us down, and search the RV for about 5 minutes. Glad they didn't find my stash!
We got a decent little shakedown of our vehicle in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. No problems thankfully and certainly not thorough enough to dig anything up. Neither of us was in any condition to be driving, but it was only a block or two drive from where we were parked -- through a relatively quiet neighborhood.

Our car was searched and they didn't find anything. We told them we had a few glass smirnoff bottles in the cooler and they didn't care. They patted us all down but my weed was in my sock so they didn't find it.
Our RV was (randomly?) searched by the sheriff department, not just volunteers. They opened the compartments, fridge and coolers, but found nothing. Funny thing is that they never patted us down or checked our pockets.
They also searched our companion vehicle and had his stash confiscated. The idiot had it in plain sight though. The citation was $250, plus losing $400 worth of stuff.
