roro has a point, while the genus as a whole is commonly referred to as a Bleeding Heart, the specific species shown is in fact known as blue butterfly bush.
So, we have:
Bobby (or some derivation thereof, Bob, etc.)
blue butterfly bush
dirt in the back ground
radio clue about working in the garden
The opening two lines of each verse in the song 'Annie's Farm' is "I ain't gonna work" repeated twice.
'Dirt Road Blues'
'Tangled up in Blue'
Bob Dylan (Little known fact: the brand name for the type of metal garden stake in the picture is a Dylan)
Just putting it out there; you don't have to agree with me - Most Likely You'll Go Your Way, and I'll Go Mine. One of Us Must Know Sooner or Later...seeing as this is the last clue, Beyond Here Lies Nothing, I guess.

OR it's Robert Plant, because it's a nickname for Robert in front of a plant.

Awwww, Jaz - let me have my fun. No one else seems to want it. I think this one was much more thought out than the Roger Waters logic I offered first. I just had to see something other than Led Zeppelin after such a quick solve.

I'm getting excited at the thought of possibly having Robert Plant and Brittany Howard in the same place at the same time. They are fans of one another.

"A tour would have been an absolute menagerie of vested interests and the very essence of everything that's shitty about big-time stadium rock. We were surrounded by a circus of people that would have had our souls on the fire. I'm not part of a jukebox!"

I'm kinda surprised that there is not more exictement about Robert Plant. Seems like some were expecting something bigger, and I don't know why. Maybe one of the Roo clues awhile back was a big drop and I just missed it.
It would take a major conflict for me to miss Robert Plant. How likely is him leading a superjam?

this would be an amazing thing if they could get him to lead one, which ya know, they could. i'd take an appearance in one just as easily. it was suggested in the headliner thread that him and brittany howard are fans of each other. that would be really cool to see

That's Inforoo. We wouldn't know what to do if we couldn't complain.
