Start him, rely on Powell/Ivory and the OL and hope the defense keeps you in games. It's what got them two deep playoff runs with Sanchez as a young QB, it makes sense to go back to it since the team has a similar make-up.
Minus the best CB of the last 5-6 years.
Oh, you mean the one who tore his ACL last year? Cro was the #1 for 14 games last year, this defense has as similar make-up, except this year's team has BOSS HOGG who is going to be a monster.

Its irrelevant that Revis tore his ACL. The point is that the Jets had a healthy Revis the last 5-6 years and now they don't. Its not really a similar team. We're talking about one of the best CBs to ever live.
Stop being difficult. I said it's a similar defensive unit to the one from last year, which it is. Revis didn't play last year, so him leaving doesn't change what I said.
Since 2009 he had 2 great years (2009, 2011) one good year (2010, where he held out and pulled a hammy and missed time) and one injured year (2012). Jets fans were tired of his contract antics and Cro proved last year that he can follow #1's and hold his own.
Also, most Jets fans wanted the team to invest in the DL/pass rush and were against paying Revis $16 million a year.
And if Sheldon Richardson keeps playing like the way he has been so far, people will be a lot more okay with losing Revis.

Flanz, if it makes you feel any better, Madden 25 has your beloved Wilkerson rated as the 2nd best DT in the NFL behind Atkins.
Edit: Buffalo signed Leinart. Is this 2nd chance year for QBs or something? The MRI on the Sanchise's shoulder was inconclusive. Pryor is starting the Raiders' final preseason game due to a Flynn injury. Initial media overreaction is that it is an "injury" and Pryor may have won the QB competition.

@stratsg90 already spoke about it on the facebook, but the Sanchise should get a little love this week for being a team player and shutting down media types who tried to dig for some drama from him re: getting put in in the 4th quarter.
Two things that you cannot argue about Mark Fart: he is one tough mother f*cker, and he's a classy teammate and player.
My hope for Mark is that the Jets cut him, he gets the hell away from the NY media a-holes and he finds a small-market team with a questionable starter that he can try and snatch a job from.

One more Madden addendum: There are more than a few used copies available on Amazon (one day after its release) with some variation of "never played. only bought for DirecTV code." in the description.

Buffalo is probably sitting back and waiting for him and Tebow to lose their jobs.

I pray to all that is good and pure in this word that the Billdos sign Tebow.

I'm one of them. I don't even own a video game console...still worth it for the Sunday Ticket
What format? I will totally take a PS3 copy off your hands.

Totally random:
As an Eagle's fan growing up, my favorite player was Brian Westbrook. It's always interesting hearing other people's opinions on him. How do most of you remember Brian? The reason I bring this up, is because I was thinking of who the ideal back from the past ten years or so would be for Chip Kelly's offense, and other than M. Faulk and Maybe L. Tomlinson, the next best back I could think of was Brian Westbrook.

I wouldn't put him in the same category as Faulk, who is one of the most dynamic backs of all time, but I do think he would have been a good fit in Kelly's offense.

I agree Faulk is above him, but I think how much better is certainly up for debate. If Brian Westbrook was on those Ram's teams, he could have been equally as successful. He was one of the most poorly utilized weapons I've ever seen with his time on the Eagles. Marshal Faulk was a bit better running inbetween the tackles, but I'd say they're pretty damn even in just about every other department. Brian was equally as good of a reciever, just as dangerous attacking the edge, and actually a better pass blocker/blitz picker-upper (yeah, deal with it). In Kelly's offense, you really couldn't go wrong with either one.

I give Faulk added edge based on his longevity. Also, while Westbrook had great hands and is one of the best receiving backs, Faulk's ability as a route runner sets him apart from all others, in my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I think Westbrook was a really good player, and could have been even better than he was, I just think Faulk was spectacular in almost every aspect. It certaintly doesn't hurt being on a team with Kurt Warner, Issac Bruce, and Torry Holt, either.

My only eagles jersey to this day is Brain Westbrook. Got it his first year in the NFL. I have the upmost respect for that dude being as little as he was and dealing with the injuries he had both in the head and to his body and still producing. Plus once the Three Headed Monster broke up his stats only got better. Great reciever out the backfield and my dude would line up in the slot sometimes. For the record the 2nd string RB in the 04 SuperBowl run was Reno Mahe. If the Birds wanted to retire a # for almost winning a superbowl, it shoulda been 36.

Wow - you must be a youngun. Here's my favorite player growing up. Sorry I could not find a color image.
Slingin' Sammy. Man I remember thinking back in '47 how hard it must be to throw for 3,000 yards.

I'm pretty sure you'd consider my father a youngun . And no apology necessary.
In all seriousness though, I'm 21, and started watching football back in 2000. I remember being 10 years old, and telling my dad that the Eagles HAVE to draft Brian Westbrook, because he was expected to slide into the 3rd or 4th round. Even then, I had my scouting goggles on . It was a serious toss up between Westy and Dawkins. Man do I miss Dawkins...
I've never seen Sammy play, but I've read an awful lot about him and what he's done to change the QB position.
roo Couldn't agree more. With what we had at WR and TE, that offense should have been awful. But teams had to keep a safety in the box any 36 was in the backfield. There wasn't a LB in the league that could cover him. Once Reid figured out Westbrook was the best route runner on the team, he started lining him up at WR and in the slot almost 10 snaps a game. Corners couldn't really cover him either. The dude was a beast.
Oh good, more horrific injuries including broken legs, carts and stretchers! Stupid pointless preseason. Reduce that sh*t, Goodell.
Here here. Preseason should be two games tops. This sh*t is nonsense. However, at the risk of sounding callous, David Wilson just became much more valuable in fantasy (on both of my teams so far).
You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.
They don't give any info on how much you receive when filing a claim. I would assume you get your entry fee back, but it's not really clear.
Plus the fact that Vick in only $9 to insure is weird. Doesn't he only have one complete season under his belt? And the fact that Vick getting hurt isn't going to have that big of an effect on whether you win or lose your Fantasy League seem seven more weird.
