About the grandma thing I mixed it up the first time, please don't eat your grandma. About the tomato pie thing I looked it up on google and that's not what I was talking about (though I was obviously wrong about the pie crust). It's a side and has no sauce on it. My grandmas from the Deep South so it's probably something her family has made for generations. Either way I will try and bring some so odyssess can try it.

All this talk of pie has me thinking. Has anyone ever had tomato pie (not sweet)? Grandmas classic.
I've had tomato pie. It's a local favorite at Edisto Beach, where we vacation every summer. I am not a fan. I hate to admit it here, but I am not a fan of most pies. Call me weird.
