I am pretty sure that abrakapokus said she worked with people that would do it. If I remember right, she said she was more of a fan of "Oh, you want to be an ass? Well, you better make that drink last because I am never coming back to your table until I drop a check on it." style of revenge.
Nah, the only time I saw a cook Quack with someone's food it was our manager's food who was a major biznatch. If I have crappy customers and/or nontippers who repeat my section I've just went by enough to take the order, serve the food, and drop the check. That means no refills, I don't care how much you stare at me and go ahead and complain to mgmt. They will act like they care but they would rather you biznatch at them than me.
yeah, I've been working in food service on and off for a couple years and have never seen anyone mess with someone's food. Not to say it never happens, but you would probably have to be somewhere really shady, since getting caught would be some career-ending shiz right there.
I will say this, though - don't be a dick to your delivery driver. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to give a huge tip (though that's always nice), but just treat 'em like a decent human being. Remember, that's the only person who will be alone with your food for any significant amount of time. Interpret that as you will.
I don't shop at Wal-Mart. I can't support a store that virtually enslaves it's employees.
Well I'm with you. I have a whole list of stores I don't shop at. It's not that I think the ones i do go to are perfect, but when I know of something specific that a company does that I am adamantly opposed to, no way I'm going to support them.
At the same time, when a company is doing something awesome for the environment, civil rights, etc. I will go out of my way to give them my money. Every time you spend a dollar, it makes a statement.

Popeyes has gray blubbery stuff sticking to bones with some dry, flavorless, slightly brown stuff on the outside.
I think they call it chicken.
It could be just the Popeye's that are around me now, but whenever I've eaten there I feel terrible afterwards. Popeye's did not used to have this effect on me.
Local stores suck sh*t. I hate walking into a tiny dump where I'm the only customer. I know if I leave without buying anything the person behind the counter is going to have an emotional breakdown and probably move into their car because I didn't buy their trinkets and overpriced clothes. F*ck you TV repair shop. F*ck you comic book store. F*ck you Vacuum World.
If Taco Bell and Wal-Mart hooked up I could get all my breakfast and shopping done in one fell swoop. There's a certain pleasure in munching a taco waffle while the mangy cashiers look on in envy. At the register I always purposefully spit fake meat and plastic cheese in their face. Oops, did I cough up on you, ya poor ass piece of sh*t? My apologies, brah.
Also, I worked for many years as a cashier at a local business. I also had a cousin who worked at Wal-Mart as a cashier for much less time. He got way better hours, pay, overtime, vacation, and benefits than I did. Just because a place is local doesn't mean it's somehow better or treating its workers well.

Also, I wish I could make more Plainview references during my posts, but I am pretty sure that calling someone afterbirth, saying they crawled out of their mother's filth and that they should have been put in a jar on a mantlepiece would get me a warning level.

Shut upppppppppppppp. We get it, you're the leader of the Righteous Brigade, give it a rest.
There's nothing wrong with caring about how people you don't know in your community are treated. Go bury your head in the sand, I suppose.
You're such an assh*le. So you never shop on Amazon either? You track down where every single mass produced product you own is made and personally inspect the working conditions? You really think your bullsh't stance about Wal Mart is even newsworthy? We should all be proud of you cause you're telling us sh't we don't know?
Listen, no one here likes your moralizing. Half of us tell you to f*ck off to your face and the other half want to but don't like Internet conflict so resist. But for some reason you like to post here anyway, so here's a proposal for us all to live in peace. When ever you feel like being better than the rest of us, carve that idea on to a large peice of wood instead. When that piece of wood is filled with your brilliant ideas, shove is up your ass.

I doubt it. "Dickmilk" in response to a sigh didn't even raise an eyebrow.
