Actually I think it's from not eating. IDK but I ate a couple of days ago? My Susy says I am too skinny now but I don't think so. I blame it on the heat cr****
I'm trying to stay in thread which I suck : I have two cats and I thought they were rubbing my leg but it was my bass speaker throwing out air.... cr****
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
You guys have never had real snow cream before?! Maybe it's just a TN thing... since, as Dave pointed out, we rarely get snow. It was always such a treat!

Yeah, have you guys never heard of this before? I didn't think I was breaking new ground especially with people who live in places where it actually snows.

The only thing we ever did that was close was scoop up some snow and pour snow cone flavoring or maple syrup on it.

We make it every time it snows. Been doing it since I can remember, starting out when I lived in GA. And I've bought that ice cream many times. They also make popsicles.

I've never heard of this at all.
So basically, what you and jenny are saying is that, even though it only happens once a year, the South still does snow better than yankees. Nice to know.
Well I mean, real snow isn't that good for you, right? I mean a mouthful of snow is one thing but northerners know whats up. Don't eat the snow.
I grew up in a town where there was a weekly radiation report in the paper. There are sirens around town that, if you hear them, you are basically dead. I didn't have time to worry about impurities in snowfall.
I've only had real snow cream once, in upstate new york. I'm wondering if it's more of a generational thing. The only people I know who have heard about it had it made by grandma.
BTW, I can't stop listening to Michael Franti's new album. :happy-dance:The bad news is that it makes me think of all you guys, perfect festival music.

What we're saying is northerns dont make some weird voodoo ceremony out of frozen water falling from the sky. It's just water Dave. You dont need to have some feast celebration.
