Someday I wanna quit my job and open up a bakery. It shall be named "Queen of Tarts". But first I have to perfect pinching off my crust. My crusts are always a mess. If in at my parents house and don't care, I just use a fork to flatten the edges and make grooves. That's how bad I am at it.
