I was informed less than 24 hours ago who Bruce Jenner is/was. This is all I have to say. Keep feeding right into what this sick twisted media hungry world wants. Your two cents about Jenner won't make a difference. Instead, pray for that man to find The Lord and become saved. For if he doesn't, he will burn in hell for all eternity like most of this fallen world.
I like how he says your 2 cents won't make a difference, but then proceeds to offer his 2 cents.
I just love that all he had to say is most of this fallen world is going to burn in hell. Just the facts, and there ain't no room for debate.
Right? It really bothers me when people spew their opinions as fact. Let alone the opinion that most people deserve to burn in hell for all eternity. I mean, if we're all created in God's image, and most of us are total failures, judging these people and condemning them to hell doesn't seem very God-like to me. But hey, what do I know. My 2 cents on the subject don't make a difference.
Exactly. I constantly question the things I see and hear, with my own senses. How anyone can be so sure of something like this is pretty remarkable.
When I was really young I would take the cheese off my pizza. So bread and sauce wit a hint of cheese. Now I'll eat it but too much will effect my enjoyment.
OMG I used to do that. I'd eat the cheese though. I would peel off all the cheese and eat it, then scrap off the sauce and eat it and then finish off the rest. Thanks for reminding me of my childhood weirdness.
I also would eat half a burger as is and then proceed to eat it in sections the other half. Eat the bread, cheese, and then finish with the patty.
Co-worker *walks by my station and sees me browsing Inforoo*: "Isn't there something productive you could be doing?" Me: "Yeeeaahhh.....no. Bonnaroo on the mind."

The best part is Jenner still is straight. Stated he has never been with a man and is attracted to women. There isnt one thing "The Lord" put in the Bible about being transgender, and its hilarious when people think they know what their God would agree with or disagree with.

Part of it was when there was an overload of cheese but it really started because I hated burning my chin and lips on hot cheese that would slide off.
I have a friend who would only eat one of a kind of food at a time. Like....if we go to a restaurant and he got burger and fries he would have to finish one before starting the other. Like eat all burger then move to fries. I never got that. I love to mix em up.

He doesn't fit the mold of what people consider normal, so obvi God would disagree their lifestyle. Lol.
People are ridiculous and hateful, that's all there is to it.
Really? I know we've got bagels and cheesteaks covered (vs. NY and Philly respectively), but I always felt like the average NY Pizza was scores better than NJ
Have you eaten mostly north NJ pizza? I find it to be a shoddier version of NY pizza. South Jersey pizza, on the other hand...freaking delicious. I also like my pizza doughier and softer than the thin-crust crispness of NY pizza, so that may have something to do with it.

Some are just ignorant and don't realize what they say/do. Had a friend recently say he put his foot in his mouth by saying to his girlfriend that there is something wrong with a gay persons brain. That bombshell affected things greatly but he was ignorant about what he was trying to say. He basically wanted to say that their brains are wired differently than him and he doesn't understand it but by his wording he really came off as hateful but it was really just ignorance. I did explain to him how using "wrong" was completely dumb.
There are great stories online about what types of people can come together just by trying to understand each other. Instead of shutting out what they don't understand if they would just take the time to talk to people on a real level would be great. I read a super interesting story about a black man and his relationship with the KKK and one of their leaders. I think he was in some band but at some point he got to know the KKK guys and just talk. Just g to know where they are coming from and to show them that he's just a guy like them. I want to find the story I read or the video o watched. It was really interesting

This is what I did. If I am not paying attention, I still do it. I used to separate my mixed veggies before I would eat them. Or pick out one veggie to eat out of the mix first. I don't do that anymore, that is fucking weird.

If you find the story, I'd love to read or watch it! It sounds interesting. I'm very fascinated in learning about other people's lives and points of view, etc. But yes, I agree that a lot of it boils down to a lack of understanding. But unfornately, people are complacent to not understand instead of making any attempt to...
Sooooo, Josh Davis (from The Voice) is coming to East Lansing and I may or may not have just purchased tickets. I'm not the only that watched this past season, am I?
I love The Voice. I knew Sawyer would win, and was actually happy with that outcome. I've seen Melanie Martinez on random line ups and would've gone to check her out at ACL, but conflicts. I know a few Voice peoples have come through Columbus but I've never gone. Have fun and let me know how he is! Him and his pretty blue eyes.

When I eat a sandwich, I eat the crust first and then most of the sandwich as is, but the last bite or two, I take apart and eat each element separately (usually from top to bottom, but it doesn't necessarily have to be in that order).

I do that. I usually eat the fries first and then move to the burger.
"New Music Festival Just Large Empty Field To Do Drugs In"
Held on a farm in the foothills of eastern Kentucky, the festival, which continues through Friday and features no live performances of any kind, reportedly offers “something for every type of music lover,” specifically a fenced-off, 300-acre pasture in which to consume a broad array of mind-altering substances.
I'm doing some freelance work for Megabus, which is ironic because roughly a month ago I was complaining about them for always being late. Nevertheless, I was in an online training session this morning with a few other college students and the account manager. The manager kinda did the whole introduce yourself/first day of class thing. My "fun fact" about myself was that I was obsessed with live music. She asked what was a particular group I was into, told her alt-J. She said she never heard of them, her assistant nor the other 4 college kids in the session spoke up that they knew them.

Here's a similar kind of story with the recent anti-Islam rally in Arizona.

Sorry to be annoying and get all PC - this isn't a criticism of you at all, because I don't think you meant anything but positive sentiments in this post - but make sure to use female pronouns now that she is out as Caitlyn! It is super important for trans individuals that once they've assumed a pronoun, people adjust immediately. She came out officially as Caitlyn, so now it is "she" Also, people conflate gender identity and sexual orientation all the fucking time - it is frustrating, but I get that it mostly stems from ignorance, not always blatant hatred/discrimination. But yeah, people often assume trans means gay. Which like....no. That isn't how it works. gender identity is so separate from sexual orientation. Though, now that Caitlyn is out as female and still attracted to women, maybe she will identify as lesbian? Or perhaps just queer? We shall see.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

“The church has gotten it wrong a few times on science, and I think that we probably are better off leaving science to the scientists and focusing on what we're really good at, which is theology and morality,” Rick Santorum said. "When we get involved with political and controversial scientific theories, I think the church is not as forceful and credible."
But Rick, you dont believe the scientist. And now you are saying you dont believe your supreme earthly leader? Love Pope Francis btw. He really is trying to set a great example of how you can be religious and not shove it down peoples throats, ignore the truth of nonreligious subjects, and do actual good in the world with faith.

Lulz at Rick Santorum telling people not to mix the Church with political theories.
stumbled upon it in 2013 to find a place to charge my phone. ended up sitting through a church service while charging where a man live-painted the crucifixion while everyone in the tent stared blindly at their phones scrolling though facebook and buzzfeed. and I drank several beers.
