Peanut butter is one of the foods allowed by the FDA to have really high rates of insect and rodent filth contamination. It's hard to keep all of the bugs out of the peanuts. Essentially then, all peanut butter is crunchy. And, high in protein.
PEANUT BUTTER
•Insect filth: Average of 30 or more insect fragments per 100 grams
•Rodent filth: Average of 1 or more rodent hairs per 100 grams
Who cares, it still spreads like butter on my balls, so.

It's the circle of life. (I'd post a lion king picture along with this if i wasn't on mobile.)

If that's the case then it should be easy to find a legitimate source for this fact. I've heard it repeated for many years, but I've never actually seen a reputable source. When I Google it all I find is Huffington Post and Buzzfeed garbage.

Also, I've seen things in food processing facilities that have made me rethink about foods I eat as being "safe." Even just plain white rice.
I hope to someday go full on self-sufficient farmwoman and get as far away from industrial food as possible.
Excellent. I've never been able to find that info myself.
Benefit to living in Thailand: very little processed and industrialized food (aside from stuff I buy at the grocery like muesli, milk, yogurt, etc).
However that doesn't really matter considering the humongous lack of cleanliness and hygiene in food prep. After some of the stuff I've seen here I'll never complain about eating in America again (health scores be damned).

Are those the maximum averages allowed or the actual averages produced?
Well I was talking about Druid and Phi and I mentioned in the post you quoted that CKS wasn't from the South so she was excused for calling bread a fixin. So not sure what your original point was. Not a big deal.
