A) this IS one of the greatest movies of all time, and one of my favorites. Ever. B) I just guffawed in my office. C) when Kent comes rolling out of the house in the popcorn wave, all happy and amazed, it is just like after the Ghostbusters hose Yanosh down with pink goo in G2, and it makes me giggle. D) If you haven't seen this movie, you must see it immediately. It's a moral imperative.

Feels like thigh but I'm so damn short there's not much between the two Girlfriends have talked me off the bone cancer bridge and are blaming exercise. Like I need one more excuse not to exercise
It sounds like it's probably back or hip related. I get similar problems on occasion and the only thing that helps them is a couple of trips to the chiropractor. I would suggest making an appointment with one to see if they can't help you.
So if you had x-ray of hip and thigh to rule out a stress fracture you win a beer. If not that then "probably something muscular". Try not to use it, elevate when possible, heating pad. It was actually better this morning and but gets worse as the day goes on.

Really wish I had better self-control and motivation. Just feel like being a lazy slob today after work and that needs to change but I haven't figured out how yet.

My solution to this problem: Drink more water (can't tell you how much this helps with basically everything), and workout right after work. If you do a nice light workout, you'll definitely get your blood pumping.

Definitely need to drink more water. I know you're supposed to drink a lot. The workout thing too as I've been a bum for too long and just got stuck in a routine of "roll out of bed....go to work...get home from work...watch sh*t or do website work...go to sleep way too late...wake up tired and repeat".

And make a commitment to sleep. It makes a huge difference for me. I used to always get 5 hours a night, but I've upped that to about 6.5 or 7 and it blows me away how much more energy I have for the day, how much easier it is to eat healthy and my moods are better in general.

Thanks. I try to, Chico, but not hard enough. I'm stuck in a cycle of staying up late (or later than I intend to) and then waking up tired. It doesn't help that i'm the lightest sleeper in the world and also have trouble sleeping on my side or stomach. My dad can sleep in any position and you could drop a bomb without waking him up but I end up being kept awake because I hear the tiniest of noises.
I just need to work hard and motivate myself better but I am such a lazy pushover that I end up doing things that don't really help me get to where I want to be. I need better discipline lol

I've used melatonin the past year. Not every night but 2-3 times a week at most. They have helped a bit but it's also just a personal issue of mine, I guess. Like getting comfortable, sleeping through noises/distractions, and all that have made it harder than it needs to be. Just gotta change my life up a bit and go through an uncomfortable transition period but I think it would help. Just need to motivate.

I actually used to live a similar life style. 2 things I can say that helped me were research and a routine. I looked up how important sleep was, and the best way to do it, and it really blew my mind. I got into a routine of going to bed at the same exact time (even on weekends for the first 2 weeks or so). Also, they make tea for helping you sleep that helped me a bunch in the beginning. For working out, I researched like crazy. I wanted to make sure everything I was doing was healthy. I got into a routine of working out and it's much easier to pump yourself up for something you know you have to do. It's the first day that's hard. One thing I can recommend for some motivation: bodybuilding.com. You can create your own plan, based on what you want to do. It's gotta videos, schedules, the whole nine yards.

We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Can someone explain to me when Inforoo became so anal about organization? From schedule speculation to album of the month everyone seems so concerned with making and enforcing rules for threads this year.

I'm not. I don't give a sh!t what you do, or where you put it.
