Did they learn nothing from LCD's fest (that had a much better lineup) ?
The price of that festival was twice the cost of this one, which is why it failed. The price of this is in line with other destination concerts like One Big Holiday.

I am trying to find it in my budget to go to Brick + Mortor on the 16th. After all the shit I have done to get Kyle in college I feel like I deserve it, but just not sure if I can afford it.

It's worth noting that the "ATL" Big Boi show is actually in College Park. The venue is new so maybe they have decent security but this sounds like an opportune time to have your car broken into.
Rolling Loud hip hop festival is expanding this year. They will be doing a show in the Bay Area in October and Southern California in December before going to the UK, China and Japan next year. They say each show will feature different artists, but we watched a bunch of sets from Miami this year, and they were all pretty great (if not at least good) - Lil Wayne, Rocky, Future, Kendrick and Gucci Mane I think.

Wolf Creek has been open since 2011. They've mostly had older bands playing there but Livenation bought it late last year.

That international expansion sounds like such a bad idea. Hip-hop festivals barely work here, it'll flop in the U.K., China and Japan.

Had never heard of it before. Livenation made it kind of misleading then, as I went to the venue site and it was "ATL area's best new venue!" implying it just opened.

Well that's bizarre. They get people like the Isley Brothers, Jagged Edge, and generic smooth jazz. It's more like Chastain in that you can bring coolers and chairs and stuff. Based on who they're booking now I would assume they're re-branding the venue and hoping the new crowd doesn't realize it's been around for a while.
I'm not sure if this was shared already (probably?)
