Outkast would kill it! Or at least they did when I saw them at a fest back in '02. Plus there's a lot of stuff they've put out since then that I'd love to see live.
Eminem was great back in the day, and put on a very fun show when I saw him live nine years ago... but I can't stand anything he's put out over the last three quarters of a decade. Weezy is a good rapper and I like some of his stuff, but he's also known for pulling Kanye-esque stunts, so I vote no. He had a show in Boston about two years ago and ended up not even going on stage after an argument with security.

following in the steps of the young, fresh "alternative" rappers introduced in this years lineup (cudi, b.o.b., wale) i am going to predict curren$y, wiz khalifa and j. cole next year

I don't think matisyahu is hip hop. I think he'd fit in at roo but i have no desire to see him. saw him at a local radio festy a year ago and it was a bore.
Murs and Slug/Atmosphere as FELT or just on the farm together. and some Aesop my friends . J.Cole would be pretty sweet.
I also would LOVE to see actual hip hop DJs on the farm not just the eletronic thumpers. I love it don't get me wrong, but House music isn't the only thing that should move a crowd

DJ Z Trip between sets the first year was awesome.
I'm going to broaden this conversation just a little and throw Matisyahu in the mix. I would absolutely love to see him at 'Roo.
Matisyahu played roo in '07 I believe. I hear he put on a good show (sadly i was not there). I saw him with 311 a couple years ago and he kinda phoned it in. I'd rather see the spot go to someone who's on their way up not on their way out.

We had Matisyahu in our little record store for a performance about a year ago. Can't say I'm a fan of his music, but he was a REALLY nice guy, and he knew how to entertain (especially according to those that went to his real performance that night). I'd say he'd be a solid get for 'Roo.
I think Matisyahu was '06? I was at 07 - '10 and I don't remember him on that lineup but what I did hear it wasn't as great as expected. Then again I saw him play in nyc during the week he plays a Season of Lights concert series in Brooklyn for Hanukkah, which was ridiculously tight. I think it makes sense that its all about the vibe of the venue when it comes to him.. opinions from others whose seen him?

Z Trip is tight. My vote is for Madlib, DJ Spinna, J.Rocc
