Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
LOLOL those were supposed to be kinda separate. I started off with "sorry ladies i am taken" so nobody got prematurely hot, then it got out way out of hand. And dude... I buy 1000 sticks before every roo, so we can light up the night. I will start an official LN dance party thread later and we can pick locations and shows. =D
SO DOWN!!!!! i will be bringing around 300-500 this year.... and i'm going alone. i will make sure there are no dark individuals around me. that is just unacceptable.
EDIT: also i voted for you waka poster! you're in second place by one vote! you better start pimping that shit even more!
I'm excited to relive my experience last year of telling girls how beautiful they are!! In my experience girls don't like when strangers smile and tell them they're pretty in real life, it bums me out.

It depends how attractive you are as a guy usually. The girl will either take it as a super nice compliment or you being creepy. Same thing goes with buying drinks, or asking to dance.

Just be outgoing! It normally helps! Fear is your biggest enemy.

I've never really had any awareness of how attractive I actually am, but I suppose empirical evidence would suggest that I'm decent looking. Confidence and quippy dialogue are the only two things I KNOW to be in my bag o' attractors, however.

I find it...interesting (though that's not quite the right word) that most of the people posting in this thread legitimately looking for someone to "mingle" with at Roo have a very low post count and then are never heard from again. It's like they're saying "I don't like to engage with the community on here or reveal any part of my personality, but you should come love me." I'm sure there are some great people in this thread that just don't care a whole lot about Inforoo and just saw the thread and decided to post, but...it kinda gives off that "hey, I'm a creeper" vibe.
I mean, I'm a total creep too (re: my post to Bun), but at least I'm not creepy when I creep, ya know?

Jaz I'll be sure to pull my confidence and quippy conversation out of my bag in June. I'm sorry you think I'm creepy, but I showered, so maybe some of that creep washed off. I imagine the creep can never be truly washed off, though.

Haha I wasn't referring to you - you're actually engaging on here (as evidenced by the fact you responded). I just took a gander at past pages in this thread and there's a lot of posts that gave me the creeper vibe, hence my post.
You're right though, the creep can never truly be gotten rid of. They do make medication though to control outbreaks.

As long as you don't have Wook-face, I don't think any girl will object to free food/drinks. As long as I don't think your vibe is weird enough that you put something in them… but that goes without saying hahahah
In response to the creeper-ness of my low post count- I found out I was going to Roo this week and just joined! Surprise tickets are awesome.
Decaanter I can't say for every girl out there but having a simple conversation always worked for me. Just say hello and introduce yourself and start a normal conversation works all the time. I'm more likely to pay attention and not be creeped out by a guy (attractive or not) if they try to talk to me like they would a friend.
It's really not that hard to talk to girls/guys. I think we just make it harder than it needs to be. Just be yourself and let the conversation flow. If it doesn't then deuces and find someone else.
Sorry if I came across as judgy! I was really referring to things like
nontheless, im 23 with a functioning penis. message me if this is a serious thread and you wanna know whats up
and
So wait, is this still on for this year? Cause what I got you gotta get it put it in you. Can I say that? I just did.
I'm sure most of you aren't creepers, and sorry if I made anyone feel judged. I hope you all find everything you're looking for and more at Bonnaroo. =)

that's why i made the comment i did a few posts back about my misunderstanding of the "hook up" thread. i took it to mean just meet up, others took it as fornication...
I usually opt for the simple approach chubs because its the only approach that makes sense. Pick up lines, to me, are like using conditioner: Why not just be straightforward, shampoo and be done with it?
