B!tch, did you beat my score? GD it. I can't ever beat you.
I lead a sad life where my reign on the top of the leaderboard is really all I have to live for. Well that, George Michael Tuesdays and Drake concerts.
Could be worse. You could be hearing Tornado sirens going off in the background and be worried the lights are going to go out and mess you up in the middle of playing Dragon City. That and SNL won't tape.

Hanging with the Family in Orlando. Soaking in the hot tub and 85 degree sun with a cold beer after breakfast. Going canoeing with gators tomorrow in Ocala National Forest. Good times. Merry Christmas, ya weirdos.

I got a second job at a kick-ass bakery today. He does all organic and locally sourced ingredients. It's pretty much the type of bakery I want to have if I ever own my own business.
Also, I'm going to Florida on Monday to see my bestest friend for a week and ring in the new year. Gotta dust off the old softball glove so I can help her run a pitching clinic for her team.
Basically, everything has been coming up Kait lately and I'm so grateful for everything. I'm kinda overwhelmed by all the awesome in my life right now, so I'm sending some of it to you fine folks. Hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and that your New Year's is just as amazing and safe!

So it looks like I will be in Chicago for my birthday weekend Jan 17th and 18th. Any Chicago peeps interested in grabbing a few beers some good food ect ect ect let me know. We will be at the Fairmont Millennium Park.
Two days after my birthday last year, I saw what ended up being my favourite show of perhaps my favourite year for live music yet - Glen Hansard & The Frames at the Sydney Opera House. It was a seriously magical night, and now ranks highly on my favourite concerts of all time list.
It is only fitting, then, that my last show before my birthday this year will once again be with Glen, back in that very same room. How very appropriate, given what a circuitous journey this year has been in so many ways. Come on, round #2 - let's do this shit!
