I got an autograph from comedian Rich Vos in '04. He signed the back of my Opie and Anthony WOW sticker. It was pretty neat meeting the man who I hear bomb daily on XM Radio.

I got Luther and Cody from the NMA to sign a cd 2 years ago. Wasn't much of a line, so I didn't mind waiting. I wanted to get Herbie's autograph last year but it was during some good shows and the line was massive.
I'm not big on autographs, but I stood in line with a friend as he got Warren Haynes to autograph a Bonnaroo CD. We also went back for moe. later. I didn't get any autographs though, as they don't mean much to me.

Last year at ACL, Mike Gordon played with Leo Kottke, so after the show i'm walking to get a beer, and i tap the guy in front of me to ask if he was in line, and it was MIKE, i stood there and chatted with him for 20 min or so then he had to go, so i went and got my beer, and i'll never forget the day i met mike gordon
That's so cool! What'd you guys talk about? I skipped school to see that show. I hated their time slot but it was well worth driving 90 minutes and missing class.

Mikes definately the most spotted and met member... He showed up at a Biscuits show in Burlington VT not too long ago... Bought a ticket and attended the show just like everyone else... I was gunna go too, i could have had an "I met mike" story like so many others...
I got Herbie Handcoc(k)'s autograph on a safari pith helmet (coolest. auto. ever.)... also, Kermit Ruffins on the otherside of said hat. The helmet is now in my hallway with a brass plaque.
This year I bought a plain pewter goblet as my autograph item. I'll take anyone, but if I get Karl Wallinger, Andrew Bird, Thurston Moore or Buddy Guy (or Gomez, or...) I'll be thrilled.
