Quick noobie question here, once you get inside centeroo, if you have prohibited items, such as glass bottles, or other glass items, will gaurds ever take those away from you? thanks!

I found that you can do whatever you want wherever you want, but I try to be generally discrete anyway. I think (just assuming here) that the staff is instructed not to mess with anyone about anything once they are actually inside Centeroo, unless they are being violent/destructive/vandalizing/stealing, etc.
They can mess with you on the way in -- best bet is to hit a fast line when there are a ton of people and they are just trying to keep it moving. Back pockets seems to be always safe for me & my crew.
yup. dont sweat it. the best thing to keep in mind is that noone there actually WANTS to bust you. most of the employees are just relatively young, friendly people like you and me. they dont have that stupid "high and mighty" thing that cops have. they wont bust you just to f u c k with you. so once youi get in Centeroo, your all gravy.

there are a few there who want to bust you... i got patted all the way down by one tool.. he took my pipe and my bag and put them in his pockets.. its the only time i have ever been angry at roo... i called that yuppie bastard every name in the book... i was gonna wait for him to get done and get my stuff plus his stuff but i figured it wasnt worth it and went to see music...
also i could see it coming.. he was searching everyone hella hard... dont be afraid to just get out of line and go find another line without a tool...even if they ask what is in your pocket and ask you to pull it out you can just turn around and walk away they wont stop you. you can then try again at a different entrance

That's really good advice. Look for the lines moving the fastest. People doing complete searches have really slow lines in front of them. I usually hang back for 30 seconds or so before getting in line to scope things out.

yes you can bring in a camel pack. They tell you it should be empty, just dont bring a busting full one in and I dont think anyone will care, theres water inside centeroo. I typically had most of the water out of it, I would open the back bladder pocket a bit so they could glance in. Honestlly I found if you pull a bunch of stuff out of your pockets so your hands are full and flip the front pockets inside out and have your bookbag open they didnt even bother touching me. Its like they saw I made a good effort to show them everything I had and just said ok cool go ahead in.
