+ I was just wondering what the general age of the crowd is. I'm in high school and I'm going, but it kind of seems like some people don't really want teenagers there. I ensure you I get along with everyone though.
+ Second question - What time do the concerts go from ? What's the earliest they start and the latest they end ?

It's a BROAD range of ages. The majority of folks are probably somewhere in their 20s, with a pretty good amount in their 30s, but I'd say there are people there from 1 to, well, I won't speculate on that. Seems like I remember someone on this board in 04 who was in his 60s or older, but I don't actually have a very good memory, so maybe I'm making that up. Anyway, I've seen plenty of teenagers in the past. None of them ever bothered me
Its really a nice mix, probably half the crowd is your typical 18-25 year old, and the other half your music music loving teenager or adult. As a highschooler you might feel a little young, but certainly not out of place.
To answer your second question, the music generally starts around noon and concludes at about 4 am (Friday and Saturday [Sunday ends with the headliner around midnight.]). Although artists have been known to jam on longer; and, based on the amount of talent we have in this line-up, we might see a shake-up in how the schedule is arranged. I doubt shows will start before noon, but music might be extended as far as sunrise.

I definately don't mind teenagers. What weirded me out in 04, was seeing kids, who looked like they were in junior high, snorting illicit substances and completely wacked out of thier gords. I didn't like that. Responsible teenagers, I have no problem with that.

Well, I'm 18 and I'll be going with three 17 year olds who are just now finishing high school, if it's any consolation. Most people don't mind teenagers or any other age group being there, but there are a few elitists who want Bonnaroo to be reserved for their own age group/music tastes/etc. etc. etc.

i went last year and i had just turned 17, i will say i was on the listserv and i got a warm welcome, when i showed up me and all my cousins were in our truck rolling back to BFE and i can say that i got a few bad looks but by the end of the weekend it didnt matter, id seen 30 year olds less responsible than myself, i wouldnt worry about feeling out of place, if your smart enough to go to a web forum to learn about a music festival your obviously not the WOO WOO CHUG CHUG dumbasses, no worries

i agree with that comment also. i dont think the youngsters that cause problems are excited enough to find a forum months before the show. i welcome all of the younger fans. just party and have a good time and noone will give you problems. i just worry about it getting all woodstockish when the lineup shifts towards a younger more mainstream crowd. but obviously if your on inforoo chatting it up your not in that category so the more the merrier..... just leave the limp bizkit and eminem friends at home
