Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I'm in, is the camp group gonna happen? Is there an actual solid plan going yet? I'm assuming there'll be a meeting Thursday night.. Is there a main person organizing this whole thing? It may be a good idea to start some sort of email group when the info is all straightened out, but that's also just my 2 cents..
Check out this thread for a tent only inforoo camping. [ftp]http://bonnaroo.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=logistics&action=display&thread=1140152409[/ftp] Hope to see you there.
Hey, I just joined up and would love to have an Inforoo meet up- because of some lame ducks it looks like I am currently going solo to the Roo. Alas, sigh. Is there any way that some of you in the Chicago/Midwest area would like to meet up BEFORE we go? I think it would be cool to get a big caravan going and, selfishly, I don't want to be all by my lonely. Any thoughts?

What a great graduation present! Congratulations to your son!!!
i have met up with friends the last two years... i have found the best place to do it is the fountain... everyone cand find it and everyone should be able to locate eachother pretty easily if there was some type of sign, or just see a large motley crew of people over there.....i might however maybe recommend a different show as to the proposed matisyahu....just my thoughts (ill leave it at that) he will be playing on sunday anyways, ben folds will probably be in the day on friday that might be a good one, for the thursday arrivers maybe the wood brothers....i suppose it would be easier to decide once the offical schedule comes out

Having never been to roo I'd love to meet up with the people contributing to this space - to thank you and say hey. I'm in. Thursday night is good, echo the specific time and place idea but have no idea what to suggest.
The idea of having an "inforoo" camp to chill at between shows is kind of cool. Kind of an 'unoffcial "sponsor"' place to hang.
Another thought, don't know where people coming early on Wednesday are staying but I'm staying in Tullahoma with my crew. We could have a mini pre roo gathering. Maybe just dinner somewhere in the area before we all get caught up in the fest.
I'm driving and would bring 10 lawn chairs for the inforoo camp (even if I never see them again). As far as I'm concerned my roo has started just by checking out everyone's threads. My way of saying thanks for my first roo. If some ones says where they want them, the chairs will appear. Cheers.
damn you bringing a big rig?? we always leave something behind because we are packed to the rim....i think the trip to roo and back is the most uncomfortable 26 hours of my year. crammed into a car with your feet on a cooler and 20 pounds of crap on your lap....its also well worth it
Not that big a rig but I'm only coming 7.5 hours from the south. I can load up and be uncomfortable in the truck for the benefit of a group. There are actually three of us coming and we are pretty experience in packing the most into the least amount of space. We also arrive Wednesday afternoon so will have time to add a layer of supplies for the short trip in on Thursday AM if need be. We are looking at joining Leo's group in camping only area.
This forum has been the best thing ever. It's my first 'roo and I can't even remember how I found this, but will be ever grateful for all the wisdom and humor. I want to meet up with as many Inforoo'ers as possible. Ya'll make my day, everyday!
~If there's a flag will someone post a pic so I'll know what to look for?~ We are rollin' in on Thursday morning around 10ish, or that's the plan.

i would love it if there was an easier way to get a lawn chair for me and brian, we are flying and already have a huge list of things to try to bring with us, we will also be in leos camp group

Dozer, you are the MAN. Hey as long as Santa's reading my wish list, how about some tiki torches and oil too?
OK, ten chairs and a good bunch of torches (Santa's sled might be full soon). My buds are still not firm on the community camp site but we will pack it in for visitation privs.
that would be awsome, and also save a little bit of supply $, I'm sure i will be broke for months after this trip, it will be worth living on ramen for
somehow i forgot you could do that, i grew up as a little white trash kid in the desert and that is what we would eat on our crazy adventures, ramen is great that way!
