Alright I stole this from the Coachella boards. It basically goes like this. Post the bands you know a bit about and post songs that you think would get new listeners into these bands.
Radiohead….really anything lol. I will just say listen to The Bends, Kid A, and OK Computer. My personal favorites….if you need just one song “Paranoid Android” or “Karma Police”
Tom Petty…..the classic “Free Falling” “Itll all work out” “You don’t know how it feels” This list could go on forever…anything off of the anthology.
Beck…the classic “Loser” or anything from the amazing Sea Change album….standouts being “Guess Im doing Fine” and “Lost Cause”
Elvis Costello… “Allison”
Bonnie Raitt…cover of the John Prine song “Angel from Montgomery”
Death Cab For Cutie…….”A lack of color” “ The New Year” “Lightness” “Title and Registration”
moe…. Don’t know to much about them but I love their jams and they have an amazing cover of “In a Big Country”
Bright Eyes…..”Landlocked Blues” with the amazing Emelou Harris, “Poison Oak”
Flecktones……”Stomping Grounds” “Big Foot”
Damian Marley….”Welcome to Jamrock”
Robert Randolph…”More Love”
Matisyahu…..”King without a crown” “close my eyes”
G Love…”Baby’s got sauce”
My Morning Jacket…reppin the big KY hoo hoo……..”Off The Record” “One Big Holiday”
Nickel Creek……”Reasons why” “sweet afton” “When you come back down”
Atmosphere….best rap group out period…slug is a genious…….the unreleased “My Song” or “Trying to find a balance” are good for starters.
Steve Earle…the classic “Copperhead Road”
Blues Traveler…..”Run Around” “Hook” ‘Thinnest of Air”
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah………”Is this Love” “By the skin of my yellow country teeth”
That’s really all I got…….so everyone keep this going so we can all hear new music and get ready for Bonnaroo 2006.
Ben Folds...."Rockin' the Suburbs" and "Brick" are classic; my favorites are "Still Fighting It" (off Rockin' the Suburbs) and "Mess" (off the Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner") (Technically, Brick and Mess are Ben Folds Five songs, but I imagine he will do some of those)
Beck...."Lost Cause" is great! I also love "Debra" and "Get Real Paid" (both off of Midnight Vultures)
moe. -> not coming down, water, okayalright, mexico, st augustine soulive -> steppin', turn it out, uncle junior son volt -> drown rusted root -> union 7, send me on my way, food and creative love, virtual reality grace potter & the nocturnals -> nothing but the water

Shooter Jennings - "4th of July" Mike Doughty - "Looking at the World from the Bottom of a Well"; pretty much the whole "Haughty Melodic" album Medeski Martin Wood - "I Wanna Ride You" Blues Traveler - "Carolina Blues"; "Crash Burn" Nickel Creek - "Smoothie Song"; "When in Rome" Dr. John - "Qualified"; "Iko Iko"
That's all I can do for now. This was a good idea!
