It would be funny if Superfly put this up as a decoy. A few days later they will announce pear jam, the duo, and some other great bands, along with the fact that Bonnaroo is now a week long and we all get paid vacations from work
all of you death cabers DONT DO IT!!!!!!! you can see the cuties anytime. oysterhead is a one time deal. i guess it dosent matter to me all that much but youll kick your sefl in the ass someday. i actually feel kinda bad for dcfc. gonna be hard to get a draw with oysterhead rockin. and the you throw in nickle creek and rober randolph and i dont see how they will get more then 25 people over there

i dont think the decoy thing is at all impossible, they know how crazy we are about new info. if you ask me, they should be throwing out decoys, it keeps the excitement building (and tix selling)
....but that week long paid vacations is a long shot....
why is everyone finding it so hard to believe that no more artists will get added to a 100 artist roster? thats the way roo does it. they get a buttload of artists, not every artist in the world. plus the last announcement didnt include "more artists to come" like every other one did. even if they did add more artists, it would only create a conflict. trust me. were gonna be just fine.

Mrr. I'm probably going to be at DCFC instead of Oysterhead simply because that's my girlfriend's number one band. >.< So, I either have to bite the bullet and go see DCFC (which wouldn't be bad, seeing as I do like them, but still) or 'disappear in the crowd' and somehow end up at Oysterhead.
ok i'm gonna sound so ignorant here.... but i'm confused so I have to ask - I haven't been listening to jam bands as long as all you so ummm i thought Oysterhead and SuperJam were the same thing group of guys no?
And I guess I'm turned off by Oysterhead cause I went to a really bad Primus show once... but maybe it was a freak thing...

Oysterhead = Trey, Les, Stew
Superjam = Whoever (let the speculation begin)..it is not a set group though.

oysterhead and primus are very very different. im really not all that into primus. i like it but im not all about it like i am oysterhead. oh is one of my top 5 favorite bands ever. primus dosent even make my top 100. i definetly recommend it. you should pick up there album.. the grand pecking order. or all of the songs are on lime wire.
huh. i put nickle creek and dcfc as a conflict for others. and oh vs rrfb was the conlflict for jammers. i dont think anyone is crying about skipping nickle creek for oysterhead
i absolutely love Les Claypool's music. however, Primus is not nearly as good as when Les runs his own show.
btw - superjam can be made up of whichever artists are at Bonnaroo. it has nothing to do with oysterhead unless les stu, or trey plays in it which is unlikely.
mmw vs beck is an extrordinarily hard decision. i have never seen either of them and really want to. i think thats my worst conflict outside of lyrics born vs. umph/bisco.... i still cant believe buddy guy and bill frisell are at tthe same time
I have the schedule formatted in Excel and ready to print. It prints a lot nicer then the "printable grid" that the main site links you off to. If anyone can post it for others to download, let me know and I'll email you a copy to post.
As far as I know, I can't post attachments or HTML code up in these forums.
Yea, Dudewheresmyroo, I'm a bit behind the curve today. But, I'm enjoying the urgent need to fix my time machine before roo so that I don't have to choose between acts. Back to the garage.....
Some conflicts I'm running into have to do with the comedy tent and artist interviews vs. music. There is a claypool interview I think on Sat that should be interesting. Plus the cafe stages will be playing all day including during the headliners.

Is anyone else planning on seeing Claypool's movie? I forget the name, but its a mockumentary about the jamband scene. Les plays a drummer, I believe. Should be good, but im not sure if i'll have time
