I live an hour and a half away from Manchester. I was wondering if I should go ahead and get there Thursday afternoon or wait and head in Friday morning. Will there be a difference in traffic and will that guarantee to me a long walk to the stages? I'm just pondering if I should go ahead and plan on camping out another night when in reality I can just drive there Friday when Bonnaroo really gets going. I'm an obvious newbie...any advice would be much appreciated.
I'll add another vote to coming in on Thursday. I like it because it gives you a day to get set up, settled in, and check things out (I like to do a little shopping on Thurs.). Then you are free to totally enjoy your Friday.
