I picked one of those up last year (sounds like the one I got at least). For the price, great. But... practice setting it up before hand. I'm an avid hiker (used to be at least) and I'm pretty good w/ tents, this one was a real pain. Not easy for one person to set up and the poles don't hold together very well. I wound up crimping some of the connections with vise grips to secure it. Once it's up its pretty good, keeps the sun off, held up to the storm last year (follow the directions to secure it!), and for $12... hey what more can you ask for. A cool thing too was I saw a couple struggling with setting up the exact same one at the 'roo, walked over and gave them a hand, met two new friends I'd wouldn't have otherwise.
