Saw some showers near shakedown area. Big muddy mess, took a pass. Bring a washcloth and soap and don't forget the baby wipes! (say, there's an untapped market - moist towelettes for festival folks -> "Wookie Wipes"!!!)
Yep we walked passed some trailers full of showers on our way to Centeroo from our campsite last year. Just like jambandjohn said ... one giant muddy mess!

I took a shower everyday while I was there. The showers were ICE cold and it felt soooo good in that heat. If you get there early enough the shower where I was camped near wasn't that muddy. They shut the one down near me so I walked to the next one down the road. That one was a mud pit but still very worth the hike and the money
I brought a bucket last year and it was probably one of the most useful things I could have brought. I would fill it up at the washing station and pour it over my head before and after soaping up. Extremely refreshing in the heat too.

Solar Showers worked well for us. Just word of advice, the Solar part in Solar Shower really works! Don't leave it out in the sun all day, gets really, really hot!
