My friends and I have to work Monday morning and we will be driving back to Detroit Sunday night, anybody have any idea how long it will take us to get out of the parking/camping area?
Also, is there a schedule in advance on when bands are playing? Since we have to leave early on Sunday I was wondering who we would be missing. Any ideas?

Once the last show starts the line gets pretty bad. The first Roo my friends were in the same spot for the entire Trey show. They pulled out at like 10 and didn't get out till 3am. My advice to you call off if you can. If your coming from detroit join the GIANT I-75 CARAVAN.

By Monday morning most people have started to clear out, at least at ROO 1. We waited till Monday and were able to bypass most of the line by driving through the grass. We saved at least 2-3 hours.

excellent...
i'd rather hang around and drag ourselves out after the initial rush...

Last year we left at about 11... around when the Dead started they're encore.
We were way in the back tho (Jerry Curl i think) and went out the back exit there. There was no traffic at all. We went down the those back roads and go right out onto 41 and then onto 24 and drove all night in shifts back to MD.
So that was the only good thing about being way in the back. I might try and find that back exit if i can and theres a lot of traffic this year.
Yeah, the back exit is money. There are actually two "down the hill"; one near the back of Jerry Curl (which the first year you had to pay $10 to get out through), and another that is gated, I think, but they open up the gate to let folks out...it's at the bottom of the hill and leads off to the right. Any exit is better than the front door, basically.
Last year, my friends and I had no problem leaving on Sunday. We listened to Touch of Gray and then walked to our car and pulled right out onto the highway with out any trouble at all.
Yeah... We didn't have any problem getting out on Sunday. We acutally broke camp and moved our car near the access road late in the afternoon. We left half-way through the dead and were on the road out of the place in 15 minutes
Yeah, but who in their right mind would leave before Trey is done playing? Especially with the speculation that phish is playing the second set....in other words, get monday off and enjoy the whole weekend. Just my thoughts.

Yeah, seriously...what's the deal w/ leaving early
