is there anyway for a person to cancel it? I'm looking to get a ticket from someone that isn't going to use their's and will register it on the spot when I purchase it. Is there anyway for the person to undo the registration? I don't want to get scammed. Thanks for the help Inforoo!!!

What I have read it is critical you know the name it was originally registered in in case you have to call the ticket co and change that. You don't have that name you may struggle. So get that gem of info while conducting transaction and then call the ticket co with the person there if needed. Don't let them head out without full conformation that all is good in the wristband world.

So heres what frontgate said. They first said that absolutely the person buying the ticket could cancel it by telling there bank they did't authorize the charge. That bank would refund and then they would cancel the ticket. They also said that tickets aren't registered when they are sent out. YOu do that once you get it but then proceeded to say that the person could say they didn't get the ticket or lost it and cancel the ticket and have one waiting for them at will call. The problem with that, is that if it is registered in my name there would really be no way for them to cancel the ticket. So I think basically they were simply trying to come up with reasons that I shouldn't do that and buy direct from them. I've done this in the past and not had an issue. Only issue is when I had a friend pick one up for me and didn't register it on the spot. Hmmmm.....
