Good point, I'll see what their lineup has to offer before deciding. But Governor's Ball is the choice out of what's been released so far.

Lucky I'm in NY, gov ball and panorama look like they get it (although gov ball is a bit hip hop heavy for me). My friend told my you can rent a boat for Newport and hear a lot of music from the bay for free
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

It was hard to get myself excited for it, but I found the acts I liked and managed to jump through some mental hoops to get my hopes up a little bit. But most of my crew think the lineup is absolute garbage (can't say I totally disagree either) and they are already making other summer plans. Tried talking them into Gov Ball or a different fest, but that's not looking likely either. And not to get like, too deep or anything, but my grandma who I was very close with passed away early last week and after a terrible and emotional week this was pretty much the only thing keeping my spirits up so... I'm feeling extremely sad and disappointed.

I was going to spring for the VIP tickets this year, and use this as part of my honeymoon. Nope. Maybe I'm old, I just don't see the value. Of course after I saw the lineup I checked tickets for Primavera. And of course they are sold out I don't think Bonnaroo can continue to deliver good lineups. Last year and now this year they have let me down. On the other hand I wish everybody who attends and the band themselves have a great time in 2017. To me headliners have always been the cherry on top, but the undercard is the good homemade hard packed ice cream. This lineup has the least diversity then any other lineup I've attended.
