A CAB IN MANCHESTER NNNAAAAWWW! Just kidding...but I did have to think about it for a minute. I am sure that you can. Its not like there will be anything else really going on anywhere around so everyone that local is just focusing on making that almighty jack so I don't think you would have a problem as long as the meter is running. Might look for someone willing to pick u up though if traffic is sick. It might get a little expensive. If I am in the area at the time I will be glad to.
