I have a couple that i'm thinking about buying from someone here locally in Nashville....however, i'm wanting to make sure that there won't be any issues getting in with them. Do they get registered like normal passes/bracelets? Would there be any issue getting in with them through the normal entrance with my RV? I'm actually getting them for a really great price potentially, or I wouldn't even consider them.
How much are they, if you don't mind me asking? I've seen artist and guest passes go between $600-900 a ticket. I've been beating the bushes for second hand tickets but haven't been able to find a good deal yet.

That's what I'm planning on doing. I'm going to go early Wednesday and set up in tent only to join my GA friends.
Did you pay $300 per ticket or $300 for the pair? Great deal either way!!! I bought guess passes for $550 each
Camp in the guest area and go to chill with your other friends. You get the closest spot (behind which stage), shade, and get to hang with artists and music industry vips
I was fortunate enough to receive guest passes this year, but I can not find much information on what they entail. Apparently it changes from year to year. If anyone who went last year could give some insight, that would be wonderful! Also, is there guest camping and guest day parking? Can we come and go? Thanks!

Guest camping and day parking are both available. Directions are on the back of your parking pass.
From what I've been able to gather, here's what this includes:
• Separate entrance and parking area, no waiting in traffic • Guest camping area, in the shade, next to artist camping, behind Centeroo • Exclusive Centeroo entrance with no waiting • Free shower area with air conditioning • Free Wifi access • Maybe an exclusive porta-potty zone, have not confirmed 100% • Side viewing areas from the stage • Guaranteed pit access • Artist lounge access, where there will be air conditioning, alcoholic beverages (not sure if free or not), and a chance to meet artists. Having worked in live sound before - It's totally ok to say hi and to have a conversation! Avoid being a super fan ("take a picture with me, can I have your autograph?") unless they offer.
The VIP amenities are separate and not included, though sometimes they overlap.
I'll be in guest as well. It's the first time I've done Roo outside of GA. See you there!

Some people were saying all the perks you listed, then others were saying they cut back in recent years where guest no longer received some of those perks. We shall find out soon enough! GA camping opens Wednesday at 3 pm. I don't know if guest would open up before then. I have a staff friend, I will ask her and tell you tomorrow!
When in doubt about amenities, you have a few good options. First is to walk anywhere unless someone stops you. Just say "sorry I've never had a guest pass, I'm not sure what this includes access to." Second is to ask before entering an area, "does an artist guest pass get me in here?" Third is to strike up a conversation at an info tent, and ask what it includes. Fourth is to ask your neighbors in guest camping!
Guest Camping doesn't open up until Thursday morning.
You access it by the Holiday Inn, or "Production Road", you'll need to show your Guest Pass and Parking Pass to have access.
Also you ARE able to camp in GA or RV with these passes, but you'd be stupid to as the Guest Camping is amazing as its directly behind Which Stage and located in the woods with tons of shading, with free showers/bathrooms and a "Guest Hospitality" area with food, a bar, and TV's showing performances.
In year's past, Guest has also had access to the "pits" at the front of the tent stages, however this hasn't been communicated well to security recently so it's a toss up, however, you 100% will have access to the large bleachers you see at the What Stage, as well as access to the VIP pit of Which Stage.

i have a guest pass this year for the first time, but my boyfriend has a media pass; do any of you all know if will he be able to stay with me in guest camping, or if i'm going to have to slum it with him in GA? praying for shade... lawdamercy.
yes he can stay with you in guest, but he may not be able to be in the car with you when you first enter guest camping to setup camp. he may have to get dropped off in GA, then walk through centeroo and access guest camping beside Which Stage, thats where media compound is anyways so he'll have access to be back there, then just walk from there across the street into the guest camping area

Yes, there is a blue guest camping hang tag you will need to enter guest camping. It says guest camping on it. Is the camping pass you received orange and triangular shaped? If so, that is a general admission camping pass.
