King Gizz just updated their pro-pic. I'm gonna go ahead and guess that this has something to do with their upcoming "unlistenable" "early 2016" album.
edit. Also notice how off-kilter it is. It's almost jarring.
So close! I keep hoping to see the vinyl pre-order link pop up every time I check their FB page.

I've been listening to Cian Nugent - Night Fiction a ton so far this year. He's on Woodsist records, which should explain what he sounds like. Year of the Snake is a fucking jam.
Also looking forward to the new Bleached album. World can use more power pop

Oh, also everyone should be listening to this Sound of Ceres album. It's Candy Claws + The Drums + Apples in Stereo (Apples in Stereo were a particularly dope band from the Elephant 6/Neutral Milk Hotel scene). Good "headphone album."
Where do you guys find this stuff? Because it sure doesn't come up in the New music section of Apple Music. All I get there is crap and more crap, with a little bit of good thrown in as a teaser.

I have a few blogs that I use to cover new music. Nothing out of the ordinary (Stereogum, Brooklyn Vegan, ect.).

My sources are friend's recommendations, openers of shows where I only know/know of headliner and fests where I try to find a couple I've never heard of each time

Blogs, bandcamp, Spotify recs, record labels, music festival lineups, lists of people playing in my town soon, this board, Reddit, and occasionally music-map.com.
Deadmau5 is always posting random, unfinished shit on his soundcloud no big deal, but I this most recent one is really good if you want some old school mau5 vibes.

"German electronic music duo Digitalism, comprised of Jens "Jence" Moelle and Ismail "Isi" Tufekci just made a big announcement. After being completely silent last year and releasing very little original work over the past couple, fans now know why their output has been so sparse - they are releasing an album and son. The new album Mirage will be released on May 13 and to celebrate the announcement, the pair have released two new songs, "Battlecry" and "Utopia.""

Druid, re: blogs, in addition to the general blogs that he speaks about (their posts alone on facebook keep me pretty busy), it's a bonus if you can find any specific blogs that cater more specifically to a type of music that you like. CVLT Nation link and The Brvtalist link are more zoned in on a small set of genres that I like that I don't see as much about in general. Also, both regularly produce mix tapes with guest curators. This can lead you to new stuff either from liking the specific curator or tracks within the mixtape.
Edit: On a similar note, I track Now Playing close enough to know who I generally agree with on things. If someone like Rothric posts that something is really good, I will generally check it out since I don't believe I've ever disliked anything he said he enjoyed. Also, when you post more about what you are listening to, it plants seeds for people when they hear something they think you might like.

Shpongle and Phish, I know you're a fan of those two with me
But agreed, once you start to learn who your tastes align with in Now Playing, you will stumble upon tons of great music.
I'm very excited about this new Anna Wise EP coming out soon. In case you didn't know, she does the majority of the female guest vocals on Kendrick's albums (These Walls, Institutionalized, Real)
EDIT: I can't believe it took me this long to start listening to Sonnymoon
Garbage's new album, Strange Little Birds, will be out June 10 on STUNVOLUME.

Tegan and Sara are dropping 'hints' about their new album over on their Instagram page, and it looks like their new album is going to be called Love You to Death.
EDIT: Yep, new album Love You to Death out 6/3, first single will be released 4/8.
Dangerous Woman, Ariana Grande's new album, will be out May 20 on Republic. No official tracklist out yet, but mercifully it doesn't look like "Focus" is going to be on it.
