I know there's probably a better way, but I'm just going the way mapquest suggests. The only thing about that route is that you have to go somewhat north from Memphis to Nashville, and then back south to Manchester. This is going from 40 to 440 to 24. It takes 4 hours. Not sure about entrances, though.
