hello everyone , i have a question when i registered my wristband i entered the 5 digit code from the top of the bracelet is that correct? i heard someone say u need to enter a 12 digit code and also are you supposed to receive a email when registration is done because i didn't someone please help don't wanna drive all the way from new york to be told i didn't register correctly
I believe both numbers will register. I did the same thing and went back in to register the correct number and it stated my number had already been registered.
