February was mind blowing. It can go toe-to-toe with any of the best months (May, October come to mind) from 2013. All of these albums I would personally rate as 8/10 or higher ...
1. Sun Kil Moon - Benji 2. Wild Beasts - Present Tense 3. Broken Bells - After The Disco 4. John Butler Trio - Flesh and Blood 5. St. Vincent - St. Vincent 6. Schoolboy Q - Oxymoron 7. Bombay Bicycle Club - So Long, See You Tomorrow 8. Angel Olsen - Burn Your Fire For No Witness 9. Phantogram - Voices 10. Woods of Desolation - As the Stars 11. Neneh Cherry - Blank Project 12. Behemoth - Satanist 13. Beck - Morning Phase
Listening from February already has, and will continue to spill over into March. I have not spent enough time with Woods of Desolation, and I already feel that will climb higher with more time.
Ok - here's a revised March cheat sheet by date. Includes albums released yesterday and some new ones I found that weren't on the original list. Also, removed a couple that were either EPs or moved to April.

You're not going to believe this but I literally added them on to the artist name for you specifically. I don't think they're on the whole album even though it is listed that way in the iTunes Store.

3/4/14 (Already Out) These New Puritans - Field of Reeds
So first off, thanks for putting these cheat sheets together. They are invaluable. However, I think this came out last year? Is it a reissue or am I just having weird de ja vu?

Either way, I am curious to see what Glenn does with the solo record. I have been watching some youtube videos of him during Big Ears research, and I heart percussion.

Yes, it was a good one. Turns out I misread that a new version of this is coming out with new music and expanded pieces as an album. It's actually describing upcoming performances. It should be scratched.
I love how War on Drugs and Kurt Vile albums are so similar, with WoD's being a slightly more spacey and KV's having slightly better guitars. I love them both. This new album will be tough to beat this month
Sounds like someone is dying in the background of some solid instrumentals
I hate you.
The instrumentals are so good on this thing, I can ignore the dude in the back ground screaming in agony from what I can only imagine is some sort of horrific a la "True Detective" torture session.

I can't hate you. Mostly out of fear of what I have heard you do to your enemies.
