What you got back home, little sister, to play your fuzzy warbles on? I bet you got little save pitiful, portable picnic players. Come with uncle and hear all proper! Hear angel trumpets and devil trombones. You are invited.
Friday hands down. Of Monsters and Men>Passion Pit>a little Conspirator>Wu-Tang>Paul>Rap Superjam>Pretty Lights 'til the sun came up! Probably my best day of Bonnaroo ever...and this is my 5th in a row.
Edit: Thursday is a close second though. Araabmuzik>Walk the Moon>Django Django>Paper Diamond>Killer Mike>Capital Cities.
I felt really proud of myself for seeing this many shows. Overall one of my best 'Roos ever.

While Friday was one of my favorite sets of all time and one of my favorite NIGHTS of all time (thank you Sir Paul), there was a lot of stress getting into the Macca pit, and I missed a lot because of it. Sunday was a much more carefree day for me which allowed me to soak in the festival more than the other days.

It was Sunday for me. I had a few conflicts that day, but was able to catch most everything I wanted to see. My Sunday began with the Rock 'n Soul Superjam, Macklemore & Lewis, David Byrne & St. Vincent, The National and Petty. Really bummed that I wasn't able to make the Ed Helms Bluegrass Superjam though
Friday, hands down, for me. Great music from start to late into the night. I will say I love Thursday more and more: It's the first day, there are some great up and coming bands, and the attendees, myself included, are energetic and responsive.

FRIDAYYYYY!!! Eating lunch at Trombone Shorty then taking a nap in the What Field during Local Natives. Watched a little of Of Monsters and Men before I stopped back by camp to get water as I headed into centeroo for the rest of that glorious night. Caught the end of Foals, finished out Grizzly Bear, waited for Wu-Tang and got a prety good spot for that, then fell in love at Paul McCartney, left after Hey Jude and got a spot 20 feet from the stage at the Hip Hop Superjam. Had my mind blown at the superjam and then danced til the sun came up during PL. That was a beautiful and perfect. the only way it could've been better is if Earl hadn't cancelled. Once I got over that though and just went with the flow and got caught up in the moment, I forgot about earl and had the best day of my life. It is because of this one day that I will be back for years to come.
Friday was magical! The day began by dancing w/bonzai at Alt-J just before midnight then singing happy b'day to her (along w/Dan'Roo, Bunny, Billypilgrim, Siggy & others...what a blast!) then later, Brunch, which is always a happy family reunion (so many hugs! so much love!) and running into dozens of Inforoosters all over the Farm all day & night.
Friday was as great socially as it was musically! But man oh man, the shows were rapturous: Glen Hansard, Calexico, Foals, Wilco, Sir Paul... too much goodness for words.
Sunday's music & weather were a very close second. The National performing under breezy grey skies as a storm brewed was incredible. The scene, the sounds, the sentiment...sweet, sweet perfection.
My personal favorite this year was Friday. Between brunch, Macca, & the hip hop superjam, life was so good.
Hey...you need to add Wednesday to the poll. My convoy arrived at about 3:30 Wednesday and poured out of our RVs into the warm sunshine and were immediately flooded with joy and excitement. I made several new friends, went for a big rambling walk all over the farm, visited the arch at sunset, high-fived until my hand hurt, drank many beers...and STILL had the entire festival ahead of me.
