Ok, so excision has been discussed previously in this thread, but after watching footage from his new show/ act "Destroid", I reallyyyyy want him to bring Destroid to roo next year with his 100,000 Watt sound system in a late night spot on saturday, i think it would truly be amazing.
That might be the one dance show where I'd stay the whole time. I tend to wander off easily with EDM. (This year I wandered to Animal Collective right when Pretty Lights started)
How big a slot do you think Haim will play next year? Close a tent? Close the Which?
Did I miss something? Are they coming back or are you just making a joke?
More just speculating about how much they'll blow up after they finally put out their debut album. Not necessarily saying they'll be back, but a prime candidate (I realize there's another thread for this).

Cool, wasn't sure if it was a reference to someone else's posts or not.
I really enjoyed their show and I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. I'm looking forward to their album release. I see them popping up all over the place as guests or in videos and this next year could be big for them.
They could always do something like Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake are doing now or like Jay-Z and Kanye West did. They can do some of their solo stuff but still do some OutKast songs. I don't think a solo album necessarily rules it out.
Two bands that I don't think anyone has named yet:
Au Revoir Simone- great group with a new album coming out on september 24 that I've recently becom obsessed with. I will say that it has typically been very hard to see them in the US, but my fingers are crossed that they tour heavily to promote the new album!!
Kitchen of Distinction- older group from the late 80's/ early 90's, they are coming back together and are currently working on a new album, if the new album goes over well, I feel like they could certainly be at roo.
Next year I'd really like to see Deltron 3030, Deadmau5(LN WHICH), XXYYXX, Flume, String Cheese Incident, STS9, Dan Croll, The Black Angels Roy Ayers, Uncle Acid & The deadbeats, MellowHype, Dr Dog, Daedelus, Iggy Pop, Lettuce, Justice(LN WHICH), and the big one a Outkast reunion or I'll take the Rolling Stones.
Just some wishful thinkin' on my part: Wallpaper. dredg Lotus AWOLNATION
AWOLNATION is a pretty good show, I actually know the guy who runs the company that brought them to Gainesville, so when they came to town I got meet up with them and take them to the local bars and chill all day before the show. Really nice, really cool people.
