Yes. Not a great overall class for the Terps - but getting Damian Prince, who is a beast OT, is a huge coup. He was leaning toward Florida, Florida State and South Carolina, but is staying home.
Solid day for Auburn today, would have liked to have grabbed Evans but you can't grab 'em all. Nice pick up on the OL today, plus 3 great running backs and a lot of solid pieces in the secondary and linebackers. I am pleased.
Also, since Tennessee got 36 recruits (according to ESPN), I'll go ahead and fax in my LOI.
More than anything, Tennessee needs depth right now. If you look, they are running a pretty good average on stars despite there being a couple walk-ons in there.
Clemson ranked 3rd in the ACC in recruiting classes? Ruh roh.
Hey now! I'm pleased with this class. FSU has always beaten us on recruiting day. No big surprise there. And did you see that the No. 4 in the ESPN Junior 300 and the No. 1 junior tackle committed to Clemson last night. That made me happy as well.

I'm sorry, sometimes I forget there's collateral damage when I mess with sang.

why would that be ruh roh?
Well, the best ACC team is widening the gap and the 3rd best ACC is closing it. I guess as long as they keep beating South Carolina you won't care if they lose all their ACC games.

Duke isn't closing any gap. When is the last time Miami did anything? We got a top 15 class, only signing 17 plus 5 walk ons. If it was a full class we would have definitely been top 10. I'm good.

Oh, I was calling Miami the 3rd best team, completely spaced on Duke (who is absolutely #3). So Clemson had a worse recruiting class than the 4th best ACC team. Even better!

yep. and they only have one more year of that. we're coming.
Hahaha the fuck are you talking about? Have you already blacked out the memory of the curb stomping that FSU gave your boys? That wasn't all Jameis, my friend.

I haven't forgot, but it has nothing to do with the future.

Keep telling yourself that.
Clemson is "right behind" FSU the same way the Knicks are "right behind" the Pacers.

Yeah, them having a superior level of talent right now plus them looking to have a superior level of talent in this incoming class has nothing to do with how that game is going to play out in the future... right.
Flanz, Clemson hasn't beat South Carolina since 2008, so it's more "start beating" South Carolina than "keep beating" South Carolina.

Why was it not a full class? Just curious.
Also, if you look at the average from Rivals, Clemson had a 3.32 average for their recruits which is .26 lower than any of the teams in the top ten (Florida had a 3.58), so I am not sure that just getting more recruits would have pushed them into the top 10 without having an increase in the quality of the recruits as well.
